After being hit in the rear I turned to Wayne Wright for assistance. They had good reviews online and I knew someone who had had a favorable experience working with them in the past. As long as the case went easily and potential money was quick to come by they were willing to take my case. They told me they could help me get medical care. But when we discovered that the driver at fault had provided false insurance information Wayne Wright didn't work hard to hold the responsible party accountable. The case manager I was working with, Karla, seemed incompetent. She delayed in responding to phone calls and/or messages. And when she spoke she kept saying um, and had long pauses. Or she wouldn't answer my questions at all. She sounded like she she didn't know what she was doing. I complained about the lack of service and response that I was getting and someone named Jeff then called me. He told me what the next steps could be to proceed with my case. I asked him why that was my only option and told him that no one had explained things so I just needed to understand before deciding on what to do. But right there during the same conversation he released from being a client. He didn't even give me an opportunity to say yes please proceed or no let's not. He was yelling at me and very rude. Very confrontational. I asked him why he was speaking to me that way and told him I would complain about him to the company. He basically laughed and said the equivalent of 'go ahead - it won't change anything.' He was right. No one did anything. At least not that I know of. Now I'm in pain with a damaged vehicle and paying for everything out of pocket to avoid having my own family's insurance rates go up. I feel like I was victimized twice - once by the driver who hit me and the second time by the law firm that was supposed to help me. Don't let this happen to you. I really wish I would have read the reviews before getting in contact with Wayne Wrights. It's been 1 year since I was rear ended in my car while sitting at a red light waiting for it to turn Green. In the time after the accident I had to take off from work for a month with out pay because of a work restriction the doctor had me place on which lost me about 5k of my income not to mention the time I was out of work end up getting me terminated from my job completely get this, it was my attendance that got me fired from my job altogether. So after all this guess what my official offer was less then 730.00 this is from a total of about 3,400.00 the attorney and his office got to split the difference. I was hit buy a car walking across Anderson at Burnet. The car swerved around a car in front of it and made a sharp right hit me causing several months of physical therapy after surgery. The car was stopped because I was crossing the street with the pedestrian light. I know he didn't intentionally hit me but the lawyer only got what insurance would pay and with no financial penalty to the impatient driver. I'm not sure why he deserves any of the money the insurance company paid out. read more

I'm so glad I found this law firm, I was so sad when I got into my car accident, some dumb ass decided to NOT make a stop signed and I crashed into him (sooo sad), my car was completely totaled, I found Wayne Wright on the internet and decided to give them a call, omg they were so helpful, they immediately asked me if I was hurt, got me going to the chiropractor because honestly after an accident like that, well I just wasn't feeling good, and since it happened during covid season it all had to be done over the phone and email but that was no issue for this firm, they knew I was struggling to get my ass to work since I had no car so before the settlement they sent me some money and being honest I had a lot of stuff happen to me that year and couldn't get in contact with them often, not once did they treat me bad, they were responsive in a very respectful and quick way always, I am really happy with this law firm!!! I asked for legal support for a Moped accident occurred in Austin where I ended up in the Hospital, due to a distracted young, inexperienced driver. I was 100% right and the other party at fault, as recognized officially by the police. USAA insurance of the faulty driver only paid my hospital part and deceived my into paying my scooter, which they never did. I contacted Wayne, to have the money for the repair of the Moped. They were initially super super interested in the case (I contacted them at night, there is online some "night lady" working to fish the clients-to-be) When they heard, the Hospital bills had been paid, they sent me a letter, saying: "We regret, we are unable to handle your claim at this time" and then along blab la and why I would have to contact some state legislator or Governor to change some laws (??) This was a clear sign to me, of how this company leverages medical expenses and the medical Texas system to squeeze out money, for their interests. I gave the night lady my disappointed Feedback (I wanted justice and the 2,000US$ for repairing the Moped) and she promised, she would follow up with the legal department. This was December 2018. This is the worst lawyer I got bite by a dog 3 years ago. I contacted them the day after. It took 3 yrs to even get a settlement offer. They changed my lawyer last minute without even informing me. No customer service skills at all! No one returns calls. In the 3 yrs I've been working with them no one personally called me. I've had to be on top of them. When I call for updates they always seem agitated when I am their customer. They are working for me. Wouldn't know the difference if you ask me. Don't use this law office. I will never again. They weren't attentive as they claimed on their television ads, they weren't efficient or attentive to me or my case, they did not keep me in the loop. We sign the contract in nov 2016 to hire this attorney. Everything was going good. Out of no where they changed me attorneys to mr guy. Without letting us know why???? No phone calls no emails nothin at all. I called one day to the Austin office trying to speak to Jeff my original attorney in which we signed the contract with and the representative said oh wait your attorney is in San Antonio. Mr guy answers the phone saying he's taking the case because of his experience with my husbands case for work injury. Months later we have a conference call with the insurance and after the call my guy said that everything is going good. But he had his doubts. But then again I called 3 times left voicemails and says the insurance is going to cover. He said he will call in 2 weeks and let us know what the insurace says! I emailed him yesterday and he calls me saying that the insurance doesn't answer his calls anymore. And that if I want to start looking for another attorney go ahead. Basically he gave up!! Which I really don't think so he probably sold him self to the insurance and left us out. He never sound so convinced since day 1 since he became our attorney. No information was given about the amount, etc. until we called several times to find out. Six weeks later, still waiting for word. Almost a year into it now.
