At the time I was told absolutely, she was also trying to sell me a new machine though. Today I carried in the old Singer and felt like I was attacked, because "this is a janome store". Said if it needs parts you have to come up with them. Isn't that what a repair guy does? Had they told me the previous time, no our service guy doesn't work on Singers or if you need something replaced you have to order it ahead of time, I wouldn't have driven over there(There were singers waiting to be picked up the day I dropped off my other machine). But luckily I found someone certified to work on all machines and very knowledgeable. What a shame. It's a nice store with a good selection of fabrics. Unfortunately, I guess I walked in at the wrong time on a bad day.

I am still on the fence about buying Skechers again. I haven't had them in years, but the GO WALK line is on my radar for my daily weekday walk of 3 miles. Some day... My tweens weren't into Skechers at all. Lol. Not cool enough for them I guess. While there, the staff was nice, just super busy with other customers. The restroom was mostly clean. I love how they took out the scuffs and oiled the leather, let's hope with boot care they can always look this way! The pictures added were the repair job , he did wear the boots after they were repaired .
