If you're looking for a kind, effective and honest dentist, meet Dr. Chang :-)…read more Her and her staff are punctual, efficient, kind, accommodating and honest! I need to make sure you hear me when I say she's honest, She won't be shady about your dental exam, revealing something wild like 11 cavities. Yes, true story, this actually happened to me. However, when I saw Dr. Chang, she could not find these 11 cavities :-) She commended me on my dental hygiene, and sent me on my way. These qualities are so hard to find in one dentist, and I honestly saw a string of not-so-great dentists before seeing her. This makes me appreciate her even more! I am a nurse and a soon-to-be dietitian, so I'm very selective about the healthcare providers I see. And I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Chang!

Today was my three year old's first dental visit and this is now the only dentist I will ever take…read morehim to, no matter where we live! He took to the books and toys available in the neat, clean waiting area right away. The front office staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The dental hygienist came to get us and was so incredibly warm, bubbly, and friendly! She had an infectious grin and laugh and praised him right away for practicing his "ahhhhh" on our way to the exam area. She gave him choices of colors for sunglasses to wear so the bright light didn't bother him, choices of toothbrush colors, and went back and forth the whole time between addressing us, asking us questions, giving us information and interacting with him. She followed his lead on everything! She listened to him, she gave him space when he needed it, and told us her goal for the first visit was to introduce him to all the elements and tools of a dental cleaning - the mirror, the saliva sucking tool, etc. She listened to the way we prompted him and supported him and quickly used a lot of the same language when working with him. The dentist then came in and picked up right where the hygienist left off. He listened to us and to our little guy, gave him choices, gave him space, and was able to change his approach quickly and easily if he could tell what he was trying wasn't working. He even asked the hygienist to grab some prizes in order for him to see them in the hopes it would encourage our little guy to participate when he was feeling ready to be finished. The dentist wound up billing us at a reduced rate because we didn't get the full cleaning and exam and asked us to come back in order to do the rest of the appointment at a later date. When making the appointment, the receptionist made note of any characters or small prizes our little one is most interested in. He is already talking about getting more red race cars the next time he goes to the dentist! I can't recommend this place and its staff highly enough!

I do not recommend this practice. Note: my review on Google was removed, so I reposted an updated…read moreversion there today. This is my first review here on Yelp. 1) The dentist damaged the abutment on my dental implant during a procedure -- replacing the implant will now cost me over $7,000. 2) Overcharging -- prices without insurance are higher. 3) Received a temporary crown that was supposed to last about a year, but it broke after one week. When I raised this, I was told to consult a third-party dental technician instead of the practice taking responsibility. Unprofessional service and poor billing practices. Not recommended.

I…read morehappened to just walk in there one day and have been "hooked" ever since :) - brought my husband in there too. The office manager Brenda is the heart and soul of this place she knows everyone by first name and keeps track of what you need and when. One day she was not there and I just felt like I had to ask if she was OK - it was just strange not seeing her :) The rest of the staff is just as great - they are attentive and always genuinely happy to see you and most of all they do a great job too. Now Dr. Greenbaum himself really makes sure you understand everything he is doing, he has this calm (almost fatherly) way of explaining what you need and what is going on - you just have to trust him! To me this is important as I generally don't like the idea of any dental work done - just uncomfortable - this place however helps you relax and feel as comfortable as possible so you will walk out with a big happy smile on your face!
