Mr CLOUSER sold the business. None of the employees that used to be with him are there any longer. It is not what it used to be. Not all the tax returns are done there like it used to be. Just another branch of a larger business now. Mr CLOUSER passed away yesterday. read more

Mr. Clouser and his family were excellent, however this business has been transferred to different people and I cannot express how terrible it is. It is a shame that the new people have taken what Mr. Clouser made and run it into the ground. In 2022, it took them over 6 months to even call me back after I dropped off my tax information last year. I couldn't even get anyone to acknowledge my multiple calls and messages. Once a tax preparer (Sam Siouri) called me back, he was completely condescending and rude. The entire phone call lasted only a few minutes and he finally prepared my taxes in October of that year, but I noticed that many deductible items were completely left off and my taxes were completely different from any previous year when Mr. Clouser or his staff were preparing them. I knew my taxes were a little behind, but the lack of communication for that long was beyond concerning and after taking that long the job was less than satisfactory, but I felt like I had to file my taxes because they were then so overdue. Something is VERY WRONG down at Mr Clousers with his new team! I've used him for 15 years and would give HIM a 5 star but this new group ! Absolutely not! I did not get my taxes, they never returned my phone calls (4) and the one time I reached a woman she told me she has 50 people calling and she only works 2 days a week! Totally frazzled!! When I asked when someone would return my call, she hung up! I filed my own extension! Wayne...where are you?!!! read more

Took taxes to Wayne Clouser's office for the 2022 tax year. If the phone is answered, the staff is rude when responding to "where are my taxes". We've been calling for 1 1/2 weeks and the phone is unanswered. Where is the company? Are they even in business? read more

Wayne and his team are the most knowledgeable, reliable, and personable accounting firm ever! I trust them completely.

Did not have a good experience. Do not use this firm if you work outside of the country and need to file taxes. They do not understand the tax laws for expats. We were charged an exorbitant amount of money and the result was that we were fined by the IRS because they forgot to file an extension for us,which Mr Clouser assured us on many occasions that he had filed the extension. I would give this company no stars and my advice would be to find a different CPA firm. read more
