I put a request in this morning, got a prompt answer, and arranged a time for the service person to come to my home. He was there exactly on time. Before leaving, he asked me to make sure that the heat was working in all 3 "zones" in the house and I checked the hot water as well. I could not have asked for anything better. I'm updating a prior five-star review because, in hindsight, it no longer reflects my experience…read moreaccurately. While the initial HVAC and plumbing work appeared acceptable at first, multiple issues became apparent over time. Some installations required repeated adjustments, certain problems were not properly diagnosed the first time, and there were ongoing airflow issues that were never fully resolved. This led to rework and ongoing troubleshooting that a homeowner should not expect from a professional contractor. More concerning was how accountability and professionalism were handled afterward. Items and tools belonging to me that were borrowed during the work were not returned when requested, and communication around resolving this was dismissive rather than professional. This is something consumers should be mindful of when allowing access to their home and property. Based on the quality control, the need for repeated corrections, and how disputes and borrowed property were handled, I can no longer recommend this contractor. I'm sharing this so future customers can make an informed decision and set very clear expectations up front.

For many years, I used a large HVAC company because I knew the owner personally, which made the experience easy. However, after the company was sold, I noticed a significant decline in both the quality of service and attention to detail. I was fortunate to find David for my new HVAC installation, and the difference was immediately apparent. Not only did his team complete a top-quality installation, but David also identified and corrected efficiency issues from the previous system by enlarging the air intake, which significantly improved the system's overall performance. If you're considering a new HVAC installation, upgrading your current system, or dealing with ongoing repair issues, I highly recommend Technique.
