She did a phenomenal job of asking if there was a special event, and recommending styles based on that and my outfit. Also really wanted to highlight that I get nervous getting blowouts as someone with pretty curly hair as I've left salons in the past with poofy hair, so I made sure to mention it when making an appointment over the phone and was happy to hear that they had quite a few people that could work with textured hair! After the appointment, I quickly noticed my hair pulling noticeably warm and orange, which was not what I asked for. I went back twice to have it corrected, with the last visit being done by the owner, and sadly the issue still wasn't resolved. I do appreciate that they took the time to try to fix it, but despite multiple attempts, the problem persists-- I am still orange. I'm not sure if it's the formulation or the quality of the products being used, but I'm surprised they haven't been able to correct something like this. The salon itself is nice and the staff is friendly, but when it comes to color, I was disappointed with both the outcome and longevity of the results, particularly after multiple correction attempts.
