I would have only used plain water and a nozzle but Zach used chemicals (non-harmful), special scrubbing appliances and removed all the mold and mildew in less time that it would have taken me. When you factor in my time, simple equipment and limited expertise in washing the driveway the reasonable charge was well worth it. Took off all the built up pollen, dirt and mildew on my house.
