Horrible experience. Job not done as discussed. Clay bar and wax not done, bug splatter and other smudges clearly visible that suggest no such waxing done. Paint felt rough and no smell of any wax whatsoever. Owners employee also stated no waxing was done as far as he knew. Some wax spritzer used to give impression veh waxed. Recently had a 2011 Subaru Forester detailed by Waxed before going out on a vacation of 6 weeks. They got all the salt stains out and made our car look better then when we bought it. This is it! Don't keep searching for another car detailing company, I have a white Volvo, I went with the full package plus claybar as I had small rust specs ALL over my car. My car took 5 hours to do however it wasn't that the guy was slow trust me! check out the facebook page it's worth seeing all the before and after pictures (that is actually how I found this company and what sold me) the prices are also very good - enough to make you want to leave a tip which you will most likely want to after falling back in love with your car. Thank you to Dereck and his crew for making my car look like brand new again!!! I drive a 2007 red Pontiac Vibe and requested a waxing/buffing job as well as detailing and shampoo. I made an appointment and was able to meet Dereck near my workplace which made it even more convenient for me (the fact that this company does mobile service is an extra perk). The job was done at his shop and my car was returned before the end of my work day. It looks like brand new again! I had some stains on my seats which Dereck shampooed three times, got rid of all the salt on my carpets, waxed and buffed away all my scratches and the red is nice and poppy again. I just love it! I had a sample container of car paint and Dereck kindly offered to drop by my place a week after to paint some rock chips he had seen while cleaning my car, which is did. He was in Orleans this week and after he was done on another job, he dropped by my place and painted those rock chips away. He made sure to spray my tires so they shined longer. ;-) Thank you so much Dereck for an amazing job and excellent customer service!
