Paint felt rough and no smell of any wax whatsoever. Owners employee also stated no waxing was done as far as he knew. Some wax spritzer used to give impression veh waxed. I found auto glass Ottawa who is mobile so checked the one day I had and they were able to accommodate! I was stuck at a medical clinic unknown to when I'd be seen and they came right to me to get the windshield replaced in the parking lot.
