It was practically my first time getting this done and it was very painful. She made me feel bad about it. And she made the comment, "If you don't go through with it you're still getting charged." It was not cheap, and I feel your waxer should make you feel comfortable when you are getting this done. I don't remember her name, this was a while ago but she was brunette and curvy. I bet the other staff is great just leaving my experience.
