They answered all our questions and I was able to purchase that birthday gift card for my BFF from drive thru. Yes, all this done in a drive-through window, which is why I put the drive thru pic on Yelp. I'm impressed. Thank you Chic-Fil-A! This purchase was maybe 5 minutes. You already know the food stands alone amongst fast food restaurants. Now, know the customer service is consistently above and beyond.
