Wawa is my favorite place to get coffee down the shore. It's cheap and it's really good.

I visited 7/12/19- in the afternoon. I have enjoyed this wawa in the past and with all the price…read moregouging at the shore it's nice to have a reasonably priced place to grab a hoagie, coffee, drink or a snack. Stone Harbor recently put a rule in place where businesses are forbidden to give plastic bags and straws out to customers. It's an effort to clean up the ocean. Other restaurants I've been to use the cardboard straws- no issue with this. I've shopped around in other retail stores who do give compostable bags or paper bags out with your purchase. No additional charge. I think it's ridiculous that Wawa is charging customers for paper bags. I think it's 10 or 11 cents. I saw a lady yesterday who purchased 2 2 liters of soda in bottles and some other items. She paid and the cashier just stood there giving her a blank stare. She asked for a bag, he said "you have to pay for a bag", she said "ok-why wouldn't you have told me that before? How much??" He told her and she got so frustrated she just grabbed her stuff and walked out. I saw him waiting on others after her doing the same thing. . . This Wawa never charged for bags before. This is a turn off. Stone Harbor vacations come at a premium- stop nickel and diming people. It's just WRONG. I was happy to see that they do sell toothbrushes! Yes dumb me forgot her toothbrush. I didn't pay for a bag to carry a toothbrush home either.

I love this Wawa but something has changed. The food used to be wonderful and cheap. It's still…read morecheap but not so great anymore. We always order breakfast here. Usually grabbing Sizzli sandwiches. This trip they didn't have my pork roll on a bagel so I ordered from the kiosk. A egg, bacon, cheese with hot honey on a bagel. The bagel was soft. That's the end of the positives. The american cheese was blackened and the egg too in some spots. Hot honey barely there. This sandwich had the potential to be life changing. The self serve iced coffee always out. I love Wawa but please get your act together.

OK, so, it must be said that I recommend pretty much every and all Wawas. As a company, as a whole,…read moreI have been a lover of Wawa, since I was 10 years old. They started off as dinky little convenience, stores that soon turned into a staple of life. From their 24 hour availability, convenience, gas availability, Sandwiches, and coffee... You cannot go wrong at Wawa This location was something new and something different for me. Still highly recommend, by different I mean the design and the atmosphere. This was a Wawa in a shore town. Wildwood, New Jersey. It was so incredibly busy and so packed that it was difficult to maneuver through the store. It's very much part of the day that I went, and I am aware of that, so this is not their problem at all. Everything was perfect. The food, coffee, customer service, all of it maintained the level of perfection I come to expect from a Wawa. Every trip east, I make must include a Wawa. I have to stop at one or I get very upset lol.
