Seems to be pure laziness even when multiple people are working. It kind of ruins the experience because we want to whole old school pull up and order and have it brought out. If we wanted to go through the drive thru we would go somewhere with better tasting food. Grilled cheese is more like a stale half melted cheese sandwich that typically tastes like dirty grill. The food seems to be subpar. We have tried going there 5 times in the last few months and somehow it keeps getting worse due to poor employee attitude. Not sure how much worse it can actually get, which is a shame because it could be really cool like when it first opened and they actually came out with smiles and some even wore roller skates and the aesthetic was on point. They have shoestring fries, which I thought were delicious. Their onion rings were also good compared to other fast food rings I've had. We tried the cheese curds, and I felt they were way overdone and about half burned. I wouldn't get them again. I expected the service to be faster than it was, but the food was fresh and came out hot, so I'm willing to wait a few extra minutes. Overall, I would recommend this as a good burger spot!
