I left CVS pharmacy about 2 years ago for a better pharmacy experience. I put up with a lot from…read morethem also, but didn't want to leave a pharmacy again. It's a pain. This last visit was the last. Prescriptions are never ready. The pharmacists don't return calls after they are supposed to be calling the insurance company to get it to go through. The technicians have no idea what they are looking at on the computer and obviously are not trained appropriately. Once my scripts are called in by my doctors, they seriously do not fill them till you call and even then, they may not be ready. I'm done!!! Goodbye and now I don't know where to go!! So disappointed!!

The store really lacks a decent flow, the deli is too far from the other dairy items. The fruit and vegetable area is hard to navigate and hard to move around. I do have trouble with their coupons, they aren't deducted at check out and I have to stop at the desk to dispute my receipt. However, they do refund your money right away and make the process easy. The other issue is that the items would be marked on sale and at check out it's regular priced. So I have to stop at the desk about this issue as well. I think they forgot to pull certain tags or the discount was not registered. I have called about this issue to corporate and they advised that I have to stop at the customer service desk and seek a refund if the prices do not match what was advertised. It's just frustrating to make the extra trip to the desk. And even more frustrating when I see the error when I get home. Hopefully they will work these kinks out soon. Their pharmacy is great! The staff are friendly and helpful! I prefer them over CVS. CVS's in the area are not helpful and seem more unhappy and impatient with their customers.

They always have the medications I need and even helped us find an in-stock medication they didn't have at another store. I had issues with a medication being $900 a fill and they helped me locate coupons for it and auto-applied them going forward. They always took the time to assist when needed.

I was fresh out of surgery last week and went to pick up my meds and it was like 2 minutes before they go on lunch and I was taking my card out to pay and the lady was like come on like we need to leave for lunch. Went today for more meds and another lady just says "name". I say thanks when I'm leaving and she just ignores me. Just some small examples but extremely rude people, would rather go somewhere else. There is one girl who is nice but it doesn't make up for the rest of them.

She looks it up on the wrist computers employees carry, and after a few unsuccessful starts, she found it, quickly told me where it was in the store and was willing to take me to that item. That wasn't necessary BUT her willingness to go out of her way to help me is appreciated. Thanks Emma. Same shopping trip, at check up, my cashier, a young man named Jacob, was a delightful, necessary, employee doing his job with a pleasant attitude and positive customer service. I thought they both were good representives of what shopping a big store should be. I try not to use self service checkout. I spend enough money in your stores and I don't get an employee doing discoint for doing your employees' work. These two workers were needed and treated us very nicely. Thank you.
