This was our first time there and I had the corned beef special. I have to say, it was the best I have ever had. It was a little messy, but that was OK. Messy makes the sandwich even better. They have ready-made Greek salads a couple of desserts, different salads deli meats as well. I couldn't believe how many people were coming and going. People called ahead. They had their orders ready. people that walked in, place their orders and the sandwiches came out very fast. Our food came out quite rapidly as well. They have a very, very small seating area so you have to eat and run, which is only fair because there are people always waiting for tables. If you have never eaten at the Westside deli, you absolutely must put it on your, "must try" list. Everybody was raving about the food and the freshness. The hour that we were there, I would guess 50 people came and went to pick up their orders or sit down to eat. Parking is a little sparse, but it's well worth it to give this place a try. The staff was extremely friendly even the cook brought out our food and they checked on us often. There is a no tipping policy and if you insist on leaving a tip, they put it in a jar and they donate it. Using cash is better than using a credit card because their credit card fee is a little high. The sandwich was the right size and the price was very reasonable. I definitely would give them a try. Please follow me and I will take you to some great mom and pop places. We will go back again.

It was so bad it looked like they dragged it out of the trash. The entire burger was drowned in the liquid that they hold the mushrooms in. Soggy hardly describes how saturated the burger was. Just going by how it looked was sickening. It was so bad I couldn't even stomach to eat it at all. When a restaurant goes past a certain point, I'm done with them. So I called and explained how disappointed and disgusted I was with the food but I had no desire to go back, ever. Not to have them make a second attempt, no benefit of the doubt, none of that. It wasn't super busy but there was a bit of a wait to get our food. No issues with the food though - and I forgot how good the ocean water was! They have the traditional stalls that you can pull into for ordering and a drive-thru as well - there were also a few tables out if you wanted to hop out of your car and eat there instead of ordering to-go. About what you'd expect from a sonic experience.
