I just wanted to leave a review for the amazing service and food I received tonight! I placed a mobile order and because of the timing I was worried about it - but the young woman working the window, Megan, was an absolute star. She reassured me the food was made fresh (with quite possibly the greatest/sweetest attitude ever), asked me genuinely if there was anything else I needed and was honestly just an absolute pleasure to interact with. Super great at her job to say the least. And also - props to whomever was on food; it was so so yummy. Phenomenal experience 11/10. Tuesday, October 3, 2017 @ 2130 hours. I stood at the counter for five minutes before anyone acknowledge my presence. Note: The drive thru was slammed, which is not an excuse, just a fact. So based off this experience, I would refrain from counter service at this time of night? Due to the reduction in staff and the influx of the middle of the evening drive thru crowd. I ordered the grilled stuffed... after they remade it... then it was all good. I usually go to the Taco Bell on Little Road where they know me. Here at this location I ordered my burrito and asked for it to be made with chicken and no guacamole and unfortunately I forgot that there was also avacado ranch on it. After a trip to Walgreens and a $6 purchase of a box of Benedryl and immediately popped two of them. I returned to the Taco Bell, where they proceeded to correct my meal. Thanks Taco Bell. read more

And that's saying a lot, being that I've been going to Taco Bell's for four decades, living in six states and traveling in three directions to many more states. No apologies, no discounts and no napkins from the crewmember Why is there only one crew member on a Friday night in a major thoroughfare? Not the best taco bell you'll ever go to but certainly the best one in Port Richey. Gulf View taco bell is a hero compared to the KFC/TB combo the opposite way. They can handle custom items well and are very friendly, if you get nachos I recommend dining in. They are much better that way. read more

Me and my friend go to Taco Bell last night and the employees called the cops and said that we were being drunk and belligerent when in fact none of that happened we simply ordered our food I paid for it and they asked us to pull around to the front to wait because they had to make some fresh ground beef AND the guy told us he was gonna hook us up with some free cinnamon twists (which I don't even like) because of the wait.So we're sitting there waiting for 10 minutes and then we go back through the drive-thru (the doors were locked) to find out what's going on with our food and here comes four cops pulling up behind us trapping us in the drive thru. My friend was driving and he didn't have a license so when they ran his name they took him to jail for driving with no license. No DUI or anything else. And in fact they let me drive home. so on top of my friend being arrested because the employees there wanted to call the cops I didn't even get my food that I paid for. I've also been told 3 separate visits that the steam machine is broke so I could only order tacos or burritos but the manager told me the machine was never broke when I called to complain. Stopped by the other night at about 11:30 10-7-18 With a hour to close. We roll threw the drive threw and notice a lady in the parking lot wearing a head set smoking. We pull up and she tells us that she just had a power outage (even those there's not a cloud in the sky) and that her computers were down. I work in the hospitality business my computers go down to. But my Grease fryers and grill don't go out as well. It was clear the lady was just trying to close up shop an hour early. There weren't even any employees in the building just one lady out front smoking with a head set on. And to be honest I would have been ok waiting for a computer reboot. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and apparently doesn't understand the meaning of "closes at 2am". I've worked in customer service for years and would never dream of behaving the way these employees have. When an order is placed at 12am for pick up, if YOU KNOW you will be out of food or closed for whatever reason you CALL the person who ordered to let them know. We showed up and waited for 10 minutes and then finally called the store to be told "Oh whoops, we close 20 minutes early once a week sorrryyyy". We cancelled the order. We decided to try again tonight... We even called ahead and asked "Hey if we place this order RIGHT now to come pick up at 1am, will you be open?" We were told "Yes of course, we're open til 2am tonight". We showed up and what do you know? They were closed, cancelled our order on us without any phone call, and refused to answer the phone when we called the store. Absolutely ridiculous. I went here last week and order from the Pizza Hut side. Worst choice I ever made, I ended up getting a burnt pizza with just as badly burnt breadsticks. Not to mention they no longer carry lemonade at this location, I ended up with a cup of ice water. I went back to get some of the cinnamon twists they sell thinking they can't mess that up, wrong! I get those and there is no cinnamon on them so I complained at this point. Their remedy to my problem was taking them and dumping cinnamon on them and handing them back.
