Came in to grab a quick hot chocolate for the kids. The inside wasn't too busy so I headed right over got my cop and went to get the hot chocolate, but it was only pouring out water. So I ended up having to place an order through the kiosk for their café hot chocolate, which we decided to get Oreo. I went and paid it and waited for the drinks and when they were done, they were extremely hot so we couldn't drink it right away. Got back on the road and started heading home which was only a 30 minute drive from this location. When we finally tried them, they tasted awful and extremely oily. Definitely one of the worst hot chocolates I've had and they were more money compared to the ones out of the machine. Never again. read more

Go ahead and skip this place when you're traveling. There's a Starbucks right across the parking lot but with Starbucks needing a purchase that may be a pain in the neck to use their restroom instead because this Wawa has 20 gas pump but only a little tiny bathroom with two stalls. So you can imagine the weight that accumulates. They only have one cashier on duty so you're gonna wait behind 12 people online and this is not Buccees so I'm not waiting in line for anything for that long! read more

First time coming here, wanted to grab some gasoline and a few items for the road heading back to the Orlando area. One of the better and cleaner locations along the interstate you'll find. Highly recommend coming here if you're heading east to Orlando where if you head west on i4 this place can be a challenge to get too. Getting back to the interstate is also a challenge. This is one of my favorite Wawa locations! Mainly because of the wonderful staff that runs it. They're always so sweet and patient with requests. I love ordering delivery from here too, especially when they're located in north pc and I live in south pc. It saves us a lot of time when we are wanting our Wawa fix for dinner! I'm sorry I missed the part where Wawa actually became Disney World! I have never experienced such a friendly and genuine customer service at a convenience store before. And on Christmas Eve! Wow! The store was insanely busy and every employee I came into contact with maintained cheery disposition. The cashier was honestly so kind and wonderful to talk with I wish I would have invited him over for Christmas Eve dinner! Even in the hustle bustle and with the crowd the store was perfectly pristine. So much hand sanitizer everywhere! And thanks to the stickers on the floor keeping 6 feet of distance was completely practical to do. 5 stars for customer service. 5 stars for experience. 1 star for Wawa Coffee, sorry y'all but that's not something I am going to get behind. By far the worst Wawa experience I've ever had. We were there around 4:45am on a Saturday before traveling to a race and the breakfast touch pads were not working. When we asked the person behind the counter to help she blatantly ignored us and turned her back. The manager came to reactivate the machines for us but prior to that a large group of people had came in ordering subs. We politely asked if they could make our toasted 3 bagels first because we were running late and was told no. After being in the store for 30 min waiting on 3 toasted bagels, we went to the cash register for a refund. It still took another 5 min and now we left hungry late for race day registration. We were completely disrespected and no one seemed to care. The only smile we got was from the checkout register person. So...unless you want to wait 30 min for a toasted bagel and have an abundance of rudeness, hit a McDonalds. read more

We were trying to evacuate the state in front of Hurricane Irma. I-95 was backed up and most stations we visited were out of gas. Wawa was clean, well lit and had fresh fruit and salads. This was such a welcome sight to us because we'd been restricted to canned, bagged foodstuffs for too long. We topped off the tank and got a balanced meal on the way out of Florida. Place is very dirty. Restrooms are the nastiest Ive ever seen, trash was just pulled and there was poop on top of the can. All the chrome looks like someone used the wrong chemicals on them and they are green and corroded. The walls are filthy. The entry doors are filthy. Most of the customers are without mask. Quick, easy stop for a fill up on the way back to Orlando. This location is just off of the interstate so our can get pretty busy, given it's convenience. It was an interesting place. It was one of the first times I have been to one of these. Apparently, they are all the rage. Similar to a Publix sandwich. I had gone in because my girlfriend had suggested it in between a long drive to a Half Marathon. We ordered the food at a little computer screen, which was interesting. Then we went to pay. Service was friendly enough. Finally, we waited to pick up our order. The food was decent. Served it's purpose. Then we left. All and all, a different experience than I am used to. read more

I love Wawa. I desperately wish there was one in Gainesville. Whenever I am in Plant City I will get gas and breakfast here at least once. Now, it may sound weird that people are so devoted to a gas station, but there is good reason for it. The food is prepared fresh. The prices are low. The employees are knowledgeable. The store is clean. It doesn't get better than Wawa in terms of convenience stores or gas. read more

Disappointed and concerned that masks were not enforced at this location even though there was a clear sign at the entrance. There were about 20 customers in the store at 9pm in the evening and more than half were not masked up. First off let me say... I am a Wawa fanatic! I love everything about what Wawa represents, and the services/goods they offer. This particular place is centrally located, and an easy stop for a lot of people. The staff is usually very nice, even in the earliest of hours. I appreciate that the food is usually prepared very quick, coffee station is usually well stocked, and overall service is quick and efficient. Bathrooms are always clean & orderly. Went to this particular location to get gas and a frozen drink around 9:45pm on 9/28/21. Like multiple times before, I was waiting to pay until after my drink was made so I wouldn't have to pay twice or worry about the gas pump being timed out. The Spanish lady that was supposed to make my drink was straight up rude to me. Looked at me like I was stupid and in a very rude tone asked what I was doing standing there at drink pick up area. I kindly told her I was waiting on my drink. Her reply was that she wasn't making it until I paid for it. I had told her I was waiting to pay as I was paying for gas as well and I didn't want the pump to time out. So she huffed and puffed and basically said oh well, telling me there was nothing she can do and I needed to take it up with someone else. For that that reason, I left and went across the street to racetrack. For someone who buys fuel often I will gladly take my money elsewhere with better customer service. read more

The food (Sandwiches) was surprisingly good. Fast, and tasty. I like the customization possible on their computer ordering system. The Turkey Hoagy Bowl was actually great! The big problem was the senior management. The bathroom was as filthy as i have ever seen. No soap, no towels, and filth everywhere. I wonder how the food service employees was their hands? In the store, 3 out of 4 paper napkin dispensers were empty. When I ask for a napkin with my food pick-up, their dispenser was empty also and he told me to look around the store for a napkin. Wow! I placed an order for a sandwich and I paid. That cashier was very friendly. Then I'm standing and waiting for my sandwich to be finished. I see three ladies working in the back. One lady finished making a sandwich and puts it behind the window and red tape line. Then proceeded to walk and take out her cellphone to look at pics with a co-worker. I'm waiting for my sandwich to be called and thinking it's been a while. I walk a foot upfront to read the number . Well guess what it was MY SANDWICH that was never called out. Dropped in to take a break from the traffic. The store was clean along with the bathrooms; iIt's a Wawa. We decided to get a couple of sandwiches and as usual we weren't disappointed. I ordered a steak sandwich from here, and the first one I got was the soggiest sandwich I have ever seen. Juices were everywhere, and I just purchased it, so it didn't sit for a long time. I watched the woman who made it not strain the meat at all and just plopped it on the sandwich. I took it back in to and to get it remade, which they did. The other night at food closing time was the only time the service was lacking and they did not get my order 100% correct. I could tell the young employees were ready to go and quickly did my order.
