This review is for an online order placed via GrubHub. There was no problem at all with the delivery itself or the delivery time, so my comments below are about the food prepared at this Wawa location. I ordered a cheeseburger with toppings and garlic Parmesan fries. I've had burgers from this Wawa in the past, and they were great. This time, not so much. The bun was dry, a bit cakey, and screamed "day old bread". That's enough to essentially ruin a burger. As for the garlic Parmesan fries, there were plenty of them, but they're basically far too skinny and far too hard/crispy to even qualify as fries. "Potato sticks and nubs with salad dressing and a shake or two of grated cheese product" would far more accurately describe these things. This Wawa and over 90% of what they sell and prepare is excellent as a rule, but someone needs to check the quality and freshness of prepared food periodically throughout the day. It can't be left to the associates who are working hard and quickly to keep up with demand. If something is less than awesome, don't offer it for sale. read more

This location feels much larger than the other Wawa location that is less than two miles away on Welsh Road. I prefer this location and they had a nice assortment of Sizzle Breakfast sandwiches by the counter. They will make you a fresh Sizzle if your Sizzle of choice is not there, which is what they did for me today. Just a heads up, you're looking at approx. a five-minute wait time for a freshly made Sizzle. In a pinch who can say no to Wawa? As always people SYOY!!! read more

I ordered an Italian hoagie at this Wawa on Horsham Road. The roll was stale and hard as a rock. It had two thin pieces of ham, one piece or capicola and one thin piece of cheese. No mayo or oil as requested and no pickles on the side. Never again. After a few bites I threw it away. Go to a different Wawa or better yet, Jersey Mikes right up the street or Lee's on Easton Road. A total waste of money. (Also, no delivery without a credit card). read more

I haven't been at this wawa since before they remodeled it a few years back - but it's a pretty quality Wawa. Very clean and new looking. They had a lot of workers and it was busy even later in the night, which is a good sign. I got a smoothie and it was awesome! Plus the staff that was there was super cool. Oh and there is ample parking ! So good job! read more

Guy on the phone told me straight up they don't sell what I was looking for. He even added that other wawa's in the area would not have the item in question either, saving me the time of calling around. Easily the most helpful of the convenient stores I had already called in the area. 3 of the 7-11's I called couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone. Stopped In here on Sunday morning around 10 o'clock and most of the pumps were empty in the parking lot was pretty clear to for those wanting to go inside. I only got gas here and the place is very clean and Well-maintained on the outside. No problem getting in and out as there is a middle lane to turn into the lot from the opposite side of the street. Ordered some chicken tenders last night and it was very dry. I wish I can leave a higher rating but it was very average at best.

This place is so crowded all the time and the workers aren't super friendly. Not rude but not very personable. They need more cashiers and deli people. The place isn't the cleanest including the bathroom. I gave two stars because wawa good and coffee is the best. Plus who can dent Hoagiefest. read more

I LOVE Wawa, just like any other Pennsylvanian. But the deli at this location is HORRIBLE. They have no idea how to make sandwiches. And after giving it a few more trys and still ending up with sloppy, poorly made hoagies, I am going elsewhere for my occasional roast beef hoagie. Gas prices jacked up minutes after the Sunoco across the street closes for the night. Beware.

Scarred by electric colored slushies and shriveled hot dogs in the past, I resisted the lure and lore of Wawa's food for as long as possible, but after living in PA for 2 years, I had to give in. I was impressed by the easy-to-use consoles for ordering and the range of options for specfications ("a little bit of mayo" and "mayo"...it's like I wrote the options myself!). I was pleased with my toasted Italian Hoagie. My only wishes are that the Classic 10-inch hoagie had a wheat option and that the made-to-order sandwiches were prepared a little more efficiently (why was my sandwich put in line for Toaster #1 when Toaster #2 was available?) read more

This is WAWA some are good some are bad. This one is bad always have a problem here. I order some food for some late night snack. I got sick next morning so I call and told some one I got sick after eating there food and all she said was "OK" its like she is saying what do you want me to do about it. "WTF". I work in the food industry I deal with this some times but little apology or we will try to check over our food would have been nice. And the gas part maybe its me but every time i go to pump the gas its pumping slow I don't know its because of shortage of gas or what but This place needs to get there act tougher. read more

By far my favorite wawa in the horsham-hatboro area. I prefer it over the other wawa. Come here for sizzlis, sandwiches, fuel, and wraps. Very cheap fuel. And i commend the employees in this location. read more

What more can I say? It's WAWA. The people that works there are always friendly and greets everyone. They seem to enjoy working there. And of course not to mention its the only place I go to for fuel or drinks and little munchies. Also my coffee fix in the morning. read more

I guess I'm kind of a d*ck for giving them such a low score considering how often I go there and how much money I spend with them, but they have a bad habit of screwing up my sandwich order. The kids making sandwiches need to pay attention more to what they're doing and less on their personal conversations. I've met the manager. He's a nice guy, but needs to crack the whip. I won't stop going there, but they lose some of my business to the Willow Grove location, even though parking in WG is a disaster and the store isn't as nice. read more
