The tuna I had here was good. Not sure if the bacon was in it or not. Staff is friendly. The one I have in Media seems to hit the spot for me- seems fresher when I eat it. Maybe cause that one is a newer Wawa with fairly high demand. Some lemonade bubble special got my attention and I had their blackberry tea latte for the first time too. Not too shabby. read more

I stopped here to pick up dinner a "gobbler bowl." There was no one there except for one other person. I placed an order using the touch screen and proceeded to browse and look around as I waited. After a few minutes, the guy putting the order together called the other persons number and then went about doing nothing. A few minutes later i look over and there's my dinner and I had to ask what number that was and sure enough it was mine. No problem I get home to eat and notice the cranberry sauce was missing. Fine. I was hungry so when i got to the bottom I was eating stuffing and not exactly chewing. When I went to swallow there was some big piece that felt a little sharp and flat lodged in my throat. I proceeded to try to cough it up or vomit but it was too late. I felt it slowly going down my esophagus. If i had to guess I would say there was a piece of plastic in my food that I had swallowed. This place is possibly the slowest wawa ever! They never have enough cashiers working, everytime I walk in the line stretches to the back of the store. One time an atm ran out of money, noone called in to request it be filled or repair, employees pretended, blindly somehow that they didnt even know... well now I'm telling you again and it still took them over a week to finally get the atm filled with money. This wawa is super busy, make sure you have more cashier there to ring people out or at least in the building ready to hop on, the line should never reach the back of the store regardless of social distancing. Most of the time I walk right out when I see the line like that. read more

I was getting gas at the pump when the young gas attendant(male) was incredibly rude. There were cars at the other pumps so I had to use the empty pump the furthest away from their station. After waiting about 5 minutes he assisted 4 other cars that came onto the lot after me. After asking why he assisted the other cars that arrived after me he proceeded to tell me "well it's not my fault you couldn't pull up and move when cars left" and I replied with "wow what happened to respect these days". He then filled my gas tank slamming my gas tank door and walked away. When he came back he said to me "how about a little respect from you cause I got none for you because ur a lazy customer" and then used the window washing fluid squeegee and sprayed my car with the fluid after giving me my receipt. I am very pissed off because I use this Wawa for gas always. read more

I frequent this wawa to say the least, and without a doubt, this older gentlemen named steve is the most kind and attentive gas attendant I've had the pleasure of being served by. Every time I visit he always greets me and proceeds to tell me some sort of bizarre, yet charming story about whatever he happens to be thinking about. He also will toss trivia questions my way about various topics and even though I don't normally know the answers to his questions, I still leave amazed at his wide array of knowledge. And don't even get me started on his artistic ability and creativity. All in all it's always a great time getting gas at this store, regardless who serves me and unlike some of the previous reviewers from the past few months (who are probably more at fault than the accused gas attendants but some customers just have no courtesy or care for employees) I actually have spoken to almost every gas attendant at this store and can say with confidence, it is the place to be! PS: Remember to tip your gas guys!! read more

Oh man, how could I not have reviewed Wawa until now? I long for Wawa to spread its glorious business northward to New York. I don't even drive in New York, but I would take a bus to get to Wawa. All right, so that might not be true. It could just as easily be complete sincerity, though. And that is because Wawa blows every gas station shop, Subway, Quiznos, and corner deli out of the water! No seriously, Wawa makes the best sandwiches your order for which you customize on the efficient nifty little touch screen nearby. Choose the type of sandwich, the meat, the cheese, the condiments-- want some mayo? JUST A LITTLE MAYO? Oh hey, well they can do that too. And you don't need to worry about miscommunication, cos it's printed on a sweet little receipt. So what, you say? So what?! So Wawa has coffee. And we're not talking, ho hum, pots of coffee. We're talking about plentiful pots and the greatest coffee machine ever invented: french vanilla, hot chocolate, english toffee, creme brulee, cappucino, Caramel Latte, Caramel Steamer, Mocha Latte, Mocha Steamer, Vanilla Latte, MOCHA ALERT? Are you still questioning this? You can pick up a 12, 16, 20 or 24 oz cup and mix these wonderful caffeine-crazed flavors to your taste! And it's so cheap. I can't remember how cheap, because I've been going through withdrawal for a solid month minimum, but cheap I tell you. You might notice the assortment of other foods in Wawa. McDonald's may be trying to appease the masses with its "healthier" options and pathetic carrot/celery cups, but Wawa made its foray into healthful eating earlier and with more success. There is all assortment of snacks from fruit and veggie platters to salads to yogurts to stuff-your-face pastries like donuts and muffins for those of us who can't keep it together. This Wawa is my favorite. It's 24 hrs and has a big (8 pumps?) gas station with generally low if not the lowest prices in the area. Catering to the morning customers rushing down 130, they have awesome breakfast sandwiches hot and ready to eat near the counter. I've found they're best if bought before taking off on a grand adventure. I've perused Wawa's website, and I can almost honestly say I'd buy the T-shirt and promote it everywhere. But the wonder that is Wawa is nowhere to be found in New York City. Should you, however, venture out of this great sighing mass of mediocre chains, find your way to Wawa. My husband and I stopped into the Edgewater Park location last night around 4:40pm. They were fairly busy, but we did get waited on/served in a timely manner. However, the quality of the food was not what we have come to expect. The meatball bowl- was sorely lacking in an adequate amount of sauce for the meatballs, as well as not even being filled completely with the mashed potatoes! This is the second time the food at this location has not been satisfactory to us- the last time we were here, we got the completely wrong order and did not realize it until we got home! Unfortunately, we have lost confidence in this Wawa and probably will not be shopping here again anytime soon. read more

I was in the Edgewater Park Wawa Monday morning at 4:45am. I now know never to do that again. Me and my girlfriend stopped in for chicken soup. We were told not till 5:00 am could we get chicken soup, but that we could have the corn chowder. Yuck. So I said ok I'll get a smoothie while we wait. I asked for a peach mango 24oz. The kid said no problem, however a manger comes over and says we don't make those here. I rebutted with "yes you do. I get them here every week!" She states "not here" I'm certain I know where I'm at. I get them every week HERE. Well not today you won't. Needless to say wawa lost a sale that morning, but lost a customer as well. I do love Wawa but I wont be getting gas from this one again. The guy at the pump was so rude I wished I could have drained my gas tank to return it. Instead of "hi what can I get you" or even walking to the window of my car I get a guy yelling from the pump "how much" So I proceed to stretch my arm out the window to give him my card to tell him to fill it regular and he snatches it then hands it back to me without saying a word with an obvious attitude. I shrug it off thinking that the job of a gas attendant probably isnt the easiest. So he hands me a receipt and I say Thank you. Not one word from my gas attendant, stone silence the entire time except for "how much" I usually get gas at my local Wawa and they are always so nice and greet the customers, and some of them are actually friendly. Have always come to this Wawa at Edgewater-park to put gas in my car and never had a problem until last night that I got yelled at by a gas attendant just because I didn't see the other gas pump that was as available as his. He wanted me to go to another gas pump just because he was busy, but when I decided to stay and wait this employee got so upset that refused to put gas in my car, started yelling at me and then ordered the other gas attendant to put the gas in my car. They then started arguing in front of my minor age daughter about why I decided to stay in that gas pump. Felt threatened and almost called the police. His actions were totally disrespectful and surreal to a client that's bringing business to this place. Had to report him to the manager who was very nice and professional but not sure what's their policy in regards to disrespecting a customer to that magnitude. I hope Wawa start paying more attention in training their employees to improve their customer service. I know for sure last night would be the last time that I would go to this Wawa. read more

Getting gas and your food from one place is great! Customer service is alright. I love ordering fresh coffee. The coffee can be stronger!!

The coffee is great, service is tops, very friendly staff. Service is fast ordering sandwiches is so easy and taste great. I had a meatball sandwich it was so good the next day I ordered two. The store is very clean the bathrooms are well maintained. This place has become my daily stop for coffee and lunch. read more

Stopped here for gas late at night since it was on the way home. Let me preface this that I haven't patronized a Wawa since the data breach that caused me to go through a month of hell getting my finances back in order. Anyway, we pull up, my wife is driving and I don't see an attendant anywhere so I start pumping the gas. I'm holding my phone in my hand when the missing attendant appears and begins to berate me for having my phone out saying that there are posted signs forbidding cell phone use and HE doesn't allow it. #1 there are no such signs about this anymore. #2 the pumps are set up for Apple Pay so how am I supposed to do that without my phone. At this point my wife gets out of the car to see why this guy is yelling and he then begins belittling her. The last time she had gone to this Wawa she was called a 'spoiled f--king brat' because she asked for premium fuel since that's what her car takes.
