After finally scanning our phone again, it went through, and she just said, "Now, go enjoy those free drinks..." Her attitude was so unprofessional and rude, especially on a holiday. I understand it's really the only option for 5 or so miles but this one is just not operating correctly. They do Sheetz food, but they do it so incredibly wrong it's mind boggling. If your going to be this understaffed for this long, limit your menu. (Just an FYI my three visits have been over the last 2 years as I live 10 miles away). Hot enough that you actually have to be careful because there's no way to control the temp. The most annoying part was that air for tires isn't free for customers.
