This is a pretty quality Wawa. I usually only go here later at night. So I have had instances where things were sold out or all the milk was expired but aside from that ... All my prepared food was good and I've had some really excellent staff encounters. I also like that there are multiple entrances here and ample parking. Wawa is usually always solid, but this morning I ordered two egg and beef bowls with extra beef and while the eggs were fine there was maybe a spoonful of beef in each bowl. Very disappointing. This is the first really bad food experience I've had, they weren't even that busy. read more

Ever since I lived in Florida and my Philly-native roommate dragged me to the grand opening of the first Wawa to open in Florida, I have been a big fan. This was my first time visiting a Wawa in it's homeland of PA. It was just as good, if not better than those in FL. A slightly different layout but there was everything I was familiar with. Every time I'm in FL or PA, I'll always hit up Wawa. If only they would come to the Detroit area. Unfortunately, Sheetz seems to be trying to claim it as their territory and I'm unhappy about it. read more

My 2 friends and I went into this wawa around 1am to grab some snacks and we were in there for all of 5 minutes until a rude bitter employee says to us "is there something i can help you find because you've been in here for way to long holding things up". It was absolutely not how you speak to customers and we were literally just waiting for a milkshake to be made and looking at the different snacks. Mind you this wawa is open for 24 hours so it's not like they were trying to close or anything. He then went on to say to his coworkers "I don't know why they think it's so cool to hangout at wawa I told them to get out". We each bought something and were not hanging out any longer than we needed to. It was absolutely disgusting behavior coming from a grown adult man to young adults minding their own business. This score isn't reflecting the store itself at all, just the location of the store. The store itself is fine. Food is great as always, never had issues with employees, standard Wawa. My issue is the location. It is located on the corner of a busy intersection of County Line Road and West Butler Avenue which is bound to bring in alot of traffic. The parking lot is small as it is, making it difficult to maneuver in and getting onto either road, being next to the mostly backed up red lights isn't fun either. If you do not mind traffic then it won't be a issue, but I'll head to another location to avoid this. read more

I went to this Wawa many times while living in Chalfont. Like all Wawas, the store is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. I can't give this one 5 stars because of its location. This Wawa is located at a very busy intersection. I can't tell you how many near-accidents I've seen here. They need to make the turn onto Route 202 a right turn only to avoid safety issues. Great to walk to if you live nearby. I strongly recommend using the County Line Road exit if you are driving. Check the traffic lights and time your exit if you are making a left. People are also more likely to let you in to the traffic flow if you exit from this side. read more

The General Manager is fantastic. He has proven on numerous occasions that he truly cares about his customers and wants his staff to provide the best customer service around. About a year ago I had a serious problem with an employee here. She was extremely rude and made comments about the food my two friends and I were ordering. The order was: three quesadillas, one family size mac and cheese, one smoothie, and one cookie. There were two people working at the time and the store was filled with about 11 people. The woman behind the deli became so apparently overwhelmed, that she yelled at her manager that he didn't staff enough people, had the front door locked so no more customers would come in, and told my friends and I that we ordered too much (loudly, in front of other customers). The situation was entirely embarrassing. Upon reporting it to Wawa's website, I received a call almost immediately. The GM had me come in not only to give me full refund, but also to give me a 25 dollar gift card. He was apologetic and sincere, which is something I appreciate very much. I haven't had a problem to this day with this Wawa. It's clean, stocked, and provides amazing subs. The freshly baked in-store rolls are amazing! I am happy to give them my business. read more

Avoid this Wawa. If you don't order extra meat or cheese or tuna salad you will get an almost empty sandwich. Wawa is raising the real price of sandwiches by forcing us to pay extra for extra meat and extra cheese. Other Wawa's I frequent do not do this. This Wawa must be raising its bottom line by skimping on sandwich fillers. Wawa should be ethical and price the sandwiches so we get a decent sandwich. I bought a tuna hoagie and did not request extra tuna so I got a tuna hoagie with the tuna spread thin like a sandwich spread. One of the worst tuna hoagies I ever had. I ordered a spinach salad bowl for the first time. However, when I opened the salad, there was a good amount of chicken, but excessive amount of jalapenos (I like jalapenos, but the proportion was off),and about 10 little pieces of spinach. The entire salad looks like a chicken entree,not a salad. I had to eat it as I had no time to drive back to Wawa. Nevertheless, it tasted good. I called them to see how they'd react, as this is the first time I have an issue with Wawa. (For those who don't live in the NE, you are missing out on having a nice Wawa nearby.) I was quickly transferred to the GM, who said no problem, I'll refund you and give you a free meal. Just come on in at your convenience. Wow! That's what I call customer service.
