Hello, I'm writing to report a very concerning experience I had at one of your locations during the overnight hours. I've been a loyal Wawa customer for years, eating at your stores two to three times a week for the last three to four years, and I've never had an issue until this visit. I generally choose Wawa because the food, cleanliness, and service are consistently excellent. During this visit, while placing my order, I observed the overnight employee cleaning counters and surfaces while wearing gloves. Immediately afterward, without changing gloves, she began preparing my food with the same gloves she had used to clean. I politely asked whether gloves should be changed before preparing food, given that she had just been cleaning. She responded that changing gloves was not required and stated that employees can instead wipe their gloves with a wet wipe before preparing food. She then asked if I wanted her to wipe down the gloves before continuing. This response was extremely concerning and frankly unsanitary. Reusing gloves between cleaning tasks and food preparation goes against basic food safety standards. As a result, I chose not to proceed and will not be returning to this location. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this experience does not reflect the standards I associate with Wawa, and it raises serious concerns about food safety practices during overnight shifts. I came in and ordered an Italian club sandwich. I paid $8 for this sandwich. And when I got it, it was absolutely disgusting looking. First off, it looked as if someone smashed it down flat. Secondly when I opened it up, the bread they used were SO SMALL and to top it off, I got ALL end pieces of bread.. I went back and asked for a refund or to get it remade. They said they'll remake it.. that was a mistake. After I got home with my now SECOND sandwich, I opened it up to see I got another end piece of bread, my sandwich is soggy?? and is missing most of my toppings. This is absolutely ridiculous. Great location if you're looking to get gas or food items. However, when it comes to tire pressure, do not use the air pump. I've tried using it twice, and it does not work. They have not fixed it. It's been months since I've been back, and I assumed that they would have fixed it, but they have not. So, if you need air in your tires, do not use their air pump. If you do not have a backup air pump, you will be stuck because it takes air out of your tires rather than putting air in. read more

No rating for this station. The last 3 times I went on there for the vanilla ice coffee and they were out. I asked 2 employees the female said "I'm to busy I have people waiting for me" the guy that was with her didn't know what planet he was on, he said "sorry" that was it. I have been in the customer service industry for over 2 decades. I understand having a bad day but Bryan the lead customer service associate that attempted to check me out is by far the rudest young punk kid I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. The young lady manager that stepped out of the office to take care of me was quite pleasant but you may approach this location with the understanding Bryan may be having a bad day and may in fact project his personal issues on you. In my opinion he could use some retraining and probably needs to be collecting trash in the parking lot. read more

Wawa is the best. Made sure I went to the one up north thinking it would be the last time I see a Wawa in a long time. When I moved here the one on pine island was almost built. Best smoothies, best clubs and can't forget the soft pretzels. When I miss home I can grab a tasty cake, staff is always courteous, store fairly clean. read more

BISTRO LADY making custom coffees quite RUDE, twice now. I'll be sure to get her (their) name(s) next time. First time I requested no ice and she gave a disgusted look, like I was putting her out. I wanted a coffee, not a cup of ice. Hey, I'm not going to pay $4 for a cup of ice! Next visit, I requested the same, no ice. AFTER I picked up my coffee, the Bistro Lady told me my payment did not go through and I needed to go back and pay. This has never happened before, it can't happen, you pay, they give you a receipt. And why would she give me the coffee if my payment did not go through? I went to the cashier anyways and talked to her. She said "Ignore her (the Bistro Lady), she doesn't know what she's talking about, your payment went through". I don't remember if the Bistro Lady was the same person each time, or if they just hire rude people to work the Bistro, but I'll get names and pictures next time. read more
