So it was packed and I get it that it was busy, but a lady asked when her order was gonna be ready not in a rude way and one of the workers responded back snapping at her. I waited 30 minutes, " counted " for My so-called parfait and when I finally got it after what felt like ages to wait for it, it was milk, literal, wet, milk, the ice cream well so-called ice cream was melted into it original for milk and it was disgusting. It was warm and it felt like they've been holding it back from me it was a good Wawa all in total, but this experience had me mad read more

I have to say that I love this chain! Wawa is THE bomb!! They have a great variety of drinks and snacks both hot and cold. Lots of variety... Their prices are similar to other convenience stores. The cashier I got was very personable and friendly. read more

I stopped by the Brigantine Wawa and ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit Fruit Refresher with Cold Foam along with a Stuffed Pretzel with Sweet Cream Cheese, and everything was spot on. Both items were fresh -- even the stuffed pretzel, which was warm and clearly hadn't been sitting around too long. Service was quick, friendly, and accurate, which is honestly what keeps me coming back to this location multiple times a week. Even though I didn't see them during this visit, I have to give a shoutout to Andrea and Vincent -- my early morning Wawa runs before work are always better when they're there. They're consistently welcoming and make the experience enjoyable. The store itself is clean with a friendly atmosphere, though it's worth noting that this isn't a full-service Wawa. There are no public restrooms, seating areas, or gas pumps, and the beverage selection can be a bit limited compared to other locations. For example, I've noticed they don't always carry drinks like the Mango Green Tea or White Peach Lemonade. That said, this location is reliable, the food quality is consistent, and I always feel like I'm getting good value for what I pay. If you know what to expect going in, it's a great neighborhood Wawa with standout staff and dependable service. This Wawa is terrible. I requested extra mayonnaise and extra vinegar on my sandwich. I got none of either. This is the THIRD time this location has messed up my order. read more

Wawa - This receipt shows I did indeed order mayonnaise and vinegar. I just did not get them. - Convenience Stores Near Me - Brigantine, New Jersey

Machines normally down and waiting 25 minutes for a simple sandwich . Horrible Horrible Horrible. Go to the other one

I ordered a baked potato and cheddar with broccoli soup butter classic wheat roll however I got mashed potatoes. I can see if the store was crowded. It was all by five people in the store how you give me mashed potatoes instead of soup because I'm out of town and not driving my own vehicle, it's not like I could take it back every place I've been to down here in Atlantic City. Food has not been good at all. Y'all people need to learn how to cook.I've wasted over $200 in food that's high priced and nasty, this ruined my only trip away from my kids read more

A solid, yet small, WaWa. We only went in to grab (always free) fountain waters for the beach! I love WaWa! Did you know?! read more

This Wawa gets super busy on nice beach days, especially weekends. We stopped in on a Sunday around 11:00 and grabbed a few turkey sandwiches and other items. They move pretty quickly here at the sandwich counter and register when it's busy. Not much else to say, it's a Wawa. It's great, convenient and delicious. read more

The food we got was ok, once we finally got it. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, a hoagie, a mac and cheese and 2 orders of fries. They were handing out individual items as they came out. Got 2 chicken sandwiches and the mac and cheese im about the normal time frame. The other stuff wasn't coming up, so after about 10 min (after the first items came out) we asked what was going on. As they continued to make other orders after being made aware of the issue. It was 37 minutes from the time our order was placed, until we finally had our order. read more

For the most part, a Wawa is a Wawa is a Wawa. Which is a good thing for me, as I like Wawa. A bad experience can be made when the ingredients aren't fresh and the employees are crabby. The Brigantine Blvd Wawa is one of the stellar ones. Our deli sandwiches were fresh and the service was friendly. The employee working the deli counter could've also been called a sandwich chef. He was totally crafting our sandwiches and very pleasant to boot. The recent remodel also gives this store a fresh look. Looking forward to my next visit to this Wawa. read more

I don't know how a busy Wawa like this can not have an experienced cashier working the register. I am not saying this person had a problem but she was inexperienced at how to handle gift cards and had to call a manager to the front for help. Now after 10 minutes the manager never showed up to help the young woman working the cash register this was on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. So I took my $100 gift card purchase to another type of business and spend it there. Again this was not the cashiers issues but a management poorly run operation. read more

I was out of town on vacation and decided to stop here for food. I don't ever leave reviews but I felt the need to say this location has absolute AMAZING service! I went there when it was completely packed and the 3 females making the food had excellent customer service and were so kind. I was also there the night prior and got Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and both were excellent! read more

I've been going to wawa's since I was a child. This was the first time I've ever requested a refund for a sandwich. I waited 15 minutes and figured my order was lost. So I gave my order number and asked them if they were still making my sandwich, and an associate said yes. I waited another ten minutes and asked again which the same associate said they were still making my sandwich. Then Another lady behind the counter then asked what I exactly ordered and I could see she was writing it down. That's when I requested my refund. I've been going to wawa my entire life and I understand that it can sometimes take awhile but this place was not busy at all and seemed to have a 1:1 customer staff ratio. My experience was that bad I'll never return to this wawa. I've seen lemonade stands run better by children. read more

This Wawa is always slammed, go figure. It's not a Super Wawa, though, so it looks like I'll be forced into price gouging at the gas station next door. Everytime I go, the dark roast coffee (ONE damn dispenser?!) is empty. What gives? The staff is especially friendly and sweet here, if a little unprofessional. One of my requirements for a domicile is that it be within 3 minutes of a Wawa. Requirement met. read more

Wish they had gas. The place next door is a rip off. They're always out of stuff in the mornings because people on this island don't seem to cook. If you want something for breakfast, go early or you're screwed. read more

First off Wawa Hoagies equal Happiness, just had to throw that out there. If you have not experienced Wawa yet you really need to change that. That being said this location is great for those visiting Atlantic City. It's about 10 minutes outside of the city, I mean why bother getting overpriced hotel food? Overall, defently a great place to grab a quick bite or even a morning coffee. And be sure to try the Wawa Iced Tea it puts Snapple to shame. read more

It's WAWA... awesome and a staple of southern NJ, but it's WAWA. I gave it 3 stars so it wouldn't show up as the #1 restaurant in Brigantine :) Side note- I love WAWA too. read more

Love this location because its rite by my place down the shore. I always come in and grab a coffee or snacks and the hoagies here are really good and made with care, not thrown together like other locations I've experienced. I especially love their green apples with caramel dip and the cannoli dip. The staff here is very nice and helpful. Great location and is never really busy so you can get in and out in a flash. read more

this is a pretty standard Wawa, staff seem efficient enough. I love the coffee selection, right now they have a wonderful Ethiopian coffee and Brazilian coffee on tap, great. at least as good as overrated Starbucks coffee and cheaper. a reasonably good selection of random stuff and foods for a convenience store.. and pretty good sandwiches made to order. the place is pretty clean, like most Wawas, one of the things that makes Wawa stand out from a lot of the other convenience stores. my one complaint about Wawa is they don't sell lottery tickets.. read more

Gregg the paper manger he is, is by far worst manger there is. He acts like a snotty snob and forgets he need us customers in wawa daily to make sure he has a job. He was incredibly rude and just unbearably inpatient with my father who is older. Greg said he was annoyed that he was asked the same question more than once. Can you believe this tiny man. Same question more than once is what made him into a terrible human being. Wow id hate to see if he had any real problems. Wawa you need to push customer service once again. Multiple stores are lacking in this area. Your not to big to fail. You need us customers!!! Btw im not s person who does reviews but I've had enough of being treated like a peasant in wawas alone the east coast. People need to stand up and push back with your $$$$$ start spending your money else where especially if they appreciate your business elsewhere. Gregg if you hate your job pls quit its not any customers fault you work where you work. read more

I waited for my sandwich for 20 minutes. At no point during that time did anyone change their gloves. The gloves went from food to oven/grill back to food over and over.
