I ordered a baked potato and cheddar with broccoli soup butter classic wheat roll however I got mashed potatoes. I can see if the store was crowded. It was all by five people in the store how you give me mashed potatoes instead of soup because I'm out of town and not driving my own vehicle, it's not like I could take it back every place I've been to down here in Atlantic City. This Wawa gets super busy on nice beach days, especially weekends. We stopped in on a Sunday around 11:00 and grabbed a few turkey sandwiches and other items. They move pretty quickly here at the sandwich counter and register when it's busy. Not much else to say, it's a Wawa. It's great, convenient and delicious. read more

For the most part, a Wawa is a Wawa is a Wawa. Which is a good thing for me, as I like Wawa. A bad experience can be made when the ingredients aren't fresh and the employees are crabby. The Brigantine Blvd Wawa is one of the stellar ones. Our deli sandwiches were fresh and the service was friendly. The employee working the deli counter could've also been called a sandwich chef. I don't know how a busy Wawa like this can not have an experienced cashier working the register. I am not saying this person had a problem but she was inexperienced at how to handle gift cards and had to call a manager to the front for help. Now after 10 minutes the manager never showed up to help the young woman working the cash register this was on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. I've been going to wawa's since I was a child. This was the first time I've ever requested a refund for a sandwich. I waited 15 minutes and figured my order was lost. So I gave my order number and asked them if they were still making my sandwich, and an associate said yes. I waited another ten minutes and asked again which the same associate said they were still making my sandwich. Then Another lady behind the counter then asked what I exactly ordered and I could see she was writing it down. That's when I requested my refund. I've been going to wawa my entire life and I understand that it can sometimes take awhile but this place was not busy at all and seemed to have a 1:1 customer staff ratio. First off Wawa Hoagies equal Happiness, just had to throw that out there. If you have not experienced Wawa yet you really need to change that. That being said this location is great for those visiting Atlantic City. It's about 10 minutes outside of the city, I mean why bother getting overpriced hotel food? Love this location because its rite by my place down the shore. I always come in and grab a coffee or snacks and the hoagies here are really good and made with care, not thrown together like other locations I've experienced. I especially love their green apples with caramel dip and the cannoli dip. The staff here is very nice and helpful. Gregg the paper manger he is, is by far worst manger there is. He acts like a snotty snob and forgets he need us customers in wawa daily to make sure he has a job. He was incredibly rude and just unbearably inpatient with my father who is older. Greg said he was annoyed that he was asked the same question more than once. Can you believe this tiny man. Same question more than once is what made him into a terrible human being. Wow id hate to see if he had any real problems. Wawa you need to push customer service once again. this is a pretty standard Wawa, staff seem efficient enough. I love the coffee selection, right now they have a wonderful Ethiopian coffee and Brazilian coffee on tap, great. at least as good as overrated Starbucks coffee and cheaper. a reasonably good selection of random stuff and foods for a convenience store.. and pretty good sandwiches made to order. the place is pretty clean, like most Wawas, one of the things that makes Wawa stand out from a lot of the other convenience stores. my one complaint about Wawa is they don't sell lottery tickets.. read more

I waited for my sandwich for 20 minutes. At no point during that time did anyone change their gloves. The gloves went from food to oven/grill back to food over and over.
