It took over 15 mins for the drive through person to take my order and then a pause and then " sorry we don't have this or it's going to be about 5-6 mins for that " I literally after saying the order 4 times , drove around as he never repeated the order to finalize and give me the total. At the window, he proceeded to repeat the order with assistance from I guess the manager and it was 90% wrong. It was not a difficult order at all but it seemed as both employees were new and clueless. They either need more training or a knowledgeable person as this was truly ridiculous .
