Hard as nails! Most went in the trash. And speaking of trash. I had to sit the tray on top of another tray on top the trash can because the can was overflowing. There was an employee sitting there enjoying his lunch (one of the very ones who ignored me at the counter), and I told him I'd just leave my trash there since there was no where else to put it! It was nasty! As I was leaving, I looked around. It was truly dirty in there. Unpleasant staff, dirty environment, and less than good food. Next time I'll wait to get across the bridge. To whoever owns this landmark location, you need to regain control of your location and your employees before you're nothing more than a memory.

Since it's on the West Campus (not the main campus), line is long, but certainly not as long as if you went to the student union cafeteria.
