Cars speeding into the lot and out. Saw two almost accidents. I was putting my bag into my trunk and a teen/young adult was lingering around my car. I had the driver door open while putting stuff in my trunk. Luckily, I had my purse on my person. Due to that I probably won't go back there.

Total strangers were greeting me and asking how I was. Not only that, but the people who work here are super sweet too! I had half a dozen 13 gallon trash bags full of clothes and was slowly bringing them in. One of the employees held the door for me and then grabbed the other two bags I had left next to my car. The price for washing and drying seems to be typical of most laundromats. There are tons of machines to chose from. They have top-loading and front-loading commercial washing machines. The smallest washer starts at $2.00. The most expensive machine is GIGANTIC and costs $17.50. I went with the second largest machine, which costs $9.50 for a regular wash and $11.50 if I want to do "Super Cycle." I was able to fit about 4 of my large trash bags in each machine (only filling it half way) and then transferred those loads to the big dryers that cost $3.50 base fee and 25c for every 2 additional minutes. I find it most economical to start with the large dryer for 50 minutes and then finish anything that's still damp in the stacked dryers for $1.00. I have got to say that the best part about this whole place is that they have incredibly convenient hours. They are open from 6am to Midnight Monday through Saturday and are open from 5am to Midnight on Sunday. I've been lucky enough to come during the day when hardly anyone is there, so I get a ton of clothing washed in practically no time at all. Having a token machine on premise helps a great deal too. I don't usually carry quarters (which the machines take), so being able to turn my money into tokens (which the machines also take) was incredibly helpful and made me feel a bit safer since there isn't cash on hand.

I'm so glad a coworker told me they did wedding dresses as their pricing is much more reasonable than other places in the cities and it came back clean and in a nice box, ready to be stored for years to come. I also sent my veil with my dress that was clean and in the box with my dress. My train had gotten dirty from dancing but was clean and free of stains and the top of my dress smelt clean and free of any sweat, hair spray, etc. I'll definitely recommend them for any future brides that I know!

Finally they called and said they would deliver the item and then never did. We went and picked it up and I did not pay them. Never again. Several shirts had the most blatant iron/press creases in places on the shirt that should of been smooth. It was like they went out of their way to NOT CARE what they were doing or what they PUT IN WRAP FOR PICK-UP. Blugh. Really bad.

The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? This place used to be REALLY good... but not currently :(

I've recently been helping my 85 year old mom with her laundry and it's faster going to a…read morelaundromat than washing them 1 load at a time in her building or at my home. Although this laundromat has many, many washing machines available (they take credit cards - $7 per extra large load) and they have a large number of driers (take $2 in quarters per cycle) several driers were marked as being out of order and at least 2 more were also out of order yesterday. In my previous 2 visits, no driers were marked as being out of order, but several were. I've lost an average of $3 each time I've visited, driers have eaten my quarters but not started and a change machine has eaten my bills but not given me quarters. There's no way to report my losses, I've have had to jockey for available machines and carts and there's nobody in charge to help. The only good thing about it is the location - close to a coffee shop and bakery. I hope there are better options nearby.
