Amanda cancelled appointments on me all time saying she was sick or had an emergency and I moved my schedule around to still go in when she was available. Also for anyone reading, my new lash artist has already told me the previous lash application had too much glue which was causing the damage to my lashes that Amanda told me was normal- no care whatsoever. When I was done breastfeeding, I called to schedule my final session and specifically explained my situation to the employee who booked my appointment. A few weeks later, I drove an hour to my appointment, only to be told that I could not be treated because too much time had passed since my last session and I would need to reschedule. I explained that I had already disclosed this information when scheduling the appointment and that I had driven an hour to get there. While I understand that mistakes happen, the response I received was simply that they had new employees and that "we're only human." While I agree that everyone makes mistakes, that doesn't excuse the lack of professionalism or the dismissive way the situation was handled. I've spent a significant amount of money with this business, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I won't be returning or spending any more money here.
