It's been a good while, but I swore I'd never use them again. Really can't remember the reasons exactly,. But I was miserable there.

This is the worst meal so far. The eggs are liquid, frozen and tasteless. I was given sour milk…read moretwice and two sour coffee creamers. Speaking of the coffee. It is undrinkable. I asked for some information on the coffee and i never got it. The food on the whole is barely mediocre, not as described in their brochure. The rooms are hot or cold because there is one thermometer for 4 rooms. The Ac In the PT gymn is lousy. Too much humidity because of a stop-gap portable AC that draws humid air into the room. It even has a bucket to hold the condensate that has to be emptied by hand. I have to use a comforter from home and wear a jacket at times. I was here 3 years ago and nothing has improved and the food has gone down hill. I hope News Week reads this because they are wrong. I doubt that they have ever been here or interviewed any patients. The 5 star CMS rating they tout is based solely on statistics. "Critics and industry experts have pointed to potential flaws in nursing home ranking methodologies, including those utilized by Newsweek and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), which form the foundation of these rankings. Common criticisms center on the reliance on self-reported data, lagging metrics, and the failure of rankings to capture daily care quality." Strange people come and ask personal questions that do not have any thing to do with health care. Either make the facility match the advertising or make the advertising match the facility. GP

These people do not need jobs that care for people, the way they talk to patients like they nothing, some do have families and this is not ok

I can't believe I'm the first to review!…read more I love this place! 8 months ago I was given a referral for physical therapy for issues I was having with my right hand. I chose this location because it was 10 minutes from where I live. I was assigned to Bonnie who's one of the hand therapist. She immediately made me feel very welcomed. She has a great personality and just made me feel comfortable working with her. She listened to everything I had to say and reassured me that what I was feeling was typical in terms of what I was going through (carpal and radial tunnel syndrome). She explained everything we were doing in detail and always ensured I had everything I needed. After a few weeks I stopped therapy, had surgery, and chose to return to MedStar NRH Pasadena because of the wonderful experience I had. I once again started working with Bonnie and had, what I felt, was a continuation of the best care I've had. I still come here for physical therapy due to a shoulder issue (I'm all sorts of broken) and still work with Bonnie. I've gotten to know the front office staff and they are always so professional and nice. I really look forward to my appointments because each one has been such a pleasant experience. Knowing that one day I'll have to end my therapy does sadden me because I've bonded so well with Bonnie. If you're looking for physical/occupational therapy where the staff truly cares I highly recommend MedStar NRH Pasadena. You'll find that you're treated with the upmost care and feel like a valued patient, something so rare nowadays. If you happen to need hand therapy, ask for Bonnie. You won't be disappointed!

They have been awesome in tailoring and pacing my treatment. I am starting to feel some relief. I look forward to working with Dr. Drew and Dr. Samantha to achieve a full recovery. The facility largely models a gym. It is super clean and spacious. The equipment is well maintained. The front desk staff persons are friendly and competent. Lastly, it is super easy to book appointments and they typically have a lot of availability. I highly recommend Rehab 2 Perform without any reservations.

She is very positive and bubbly and always very encouraging, even when I'm unsure about a new exercise. She is very good at meeting you at your current level but also pushing you to make progress. She is informative, provides good feedback, and is very supportive. In just 2 months I have noticed increased strength, flexibility, and balance in myself and I'm happy to say my back pain is almost completely gone. I highly recommend working with Dr. Sam!

Every day my talked to her she would say how wonderful the nurses were taking care of her, due to Covid we werent able to go in and see her but they did ask us before putting her into a room if we wanted a room with a window and we could come to the window to see her. One morning she wasnt doing very well and they called and said we could come and see her, we had to have a covid test before we could enter the facility. The family was able to see her that day and my wife was able to stay until a little after 8pm and then she had to leave. She passed a few hours after, and the facility called and informed us. The only negative thing I would have to say about the facility is when a loved one dies in the middle of the night why cant they wait until in the morning for the funeral home to have to be contacted and then the funeral home calls you and wants to discuss everything at 1am. This needs to be changed..

They don't care at all about their patients and conveniently it's always "shift change" and the nurses literally know nothing about their patients. Something always goes wrong and they can never formulate a story of what happened to their patient. This place is absolutely inhumane and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies. Do not put your loved ones here - it is simply the worst. Also, not spill to tea but the "nurses" are most definitely not real nurses. They don't even know basic medical knowledge.

After a major foot operation, my dad could not walk without assistance. My mother couldn't lift him and without any in-home care, he needed to have a place to provide daily physical therapy, medical assistance and meals. Heritage Harbour Health & Rehabilitation Center is located near the Annapolis Mall and Riva Road, off in a secluded wooded area. It is very convenient. The rooms are shared with two people and a small curtain between the beds. The TVs are small and somewhat old. The TV channel is the Baltimore channel line-up which was difficult for my dad since he is an avid Washington sports fan. There is WIFI but it's not that reliable. The PT facility looked great. That's what it's all about. The therapists were very friendly and committed to getting everyone healthy. After my farther was sent home, they continued to visit his home and help with daily PT. Before we knew it, they arrived to pick up the wheel chair, walkers and everything else. Now my dad is walking about as good as new. Overall, my father never said anything bad about the place but was obviously happy to get home.
