We got several proposals and we chose Browns they installed the unit and it has worked great.We opted for a wifi thermostat so I can control the System from anywhere, very nice feature so you can adjust the temperature before you get home. You can set schedule if you like so it will automatically keep the house comfortable all year long. That was until they left and went MIA and I never received payment. I have since found out that their contract was not renewed and will not be let back in the state of RI. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. When we called for service of the insert (stopped working), we were told they DO NOT service them. They just sell them. Very disappointed and sad with the response. We have had to research other companies in the area to help us resolve the problem. Why would you sell a product but not follow through with assistance in maintaining the insert (or at least recommend what we should do).
