His daughter Susan joined him, and continues there to this day. She mentored Gina Kiwall, who now runs the business. My husband was unable to use their services for several years before his death in 2019. Susan has kept me honest all this time and does my annual taxes. I wish I had something more exciting for her. They were told our complete situation up-front, so either they don't know how to estimate, or else they intentionally low-balled the estimate to get me in the door, and now I'm stuck. EDIT: I did not have to pay, but I also didn't receive any work from them. I'm not out the money, but I am out the time and now have 5 fewer days to do the job myself. Also, when calling an upset customer, the first thing you say shouldn't be "you made a typo in your email." There is no way I'll ever do business here ever. Buyer beware.
