I went up to the window and placed my order. They hand you a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready. You can sit in your car until your food is done or they also have a table and chair set up for you to sit at if you'd like. I never wait more than 5-10 minutes for my food to be done and service is always very friendly. The tacos are absolutely amazing in flavor & very authentic street style. The horchata was sweet and refreshing as well. Ive now had the Birria and Carne Asada tacos and have zero complaints about both! Don't miss out on this small town treasure!!

I was greeted by a friendly couple of workers, the owner and his daughter I assume. I ordered their GCCB as a double and the owner looks at me and says "are you sure ", laughingly. He shows me the the size of the fresh meatball he's about to smash and I reply " oh ya"! I also ordered some red chile cheese fries so I can try out the red chile. The burger came out in about 10 minutes and since I ordered the first double of the day, the owner wanted a picture. When I opened the box I knew why, it was ginormous! The meat was seasoned well and it was cooked medium well. The chile didn't have any bite but it had good flavor. The red chile on the other hand had a little bite and was delicious! They have lots of other good stuff on their menu is like to try, especially the Philly cheesesteak but this was only my first time here. I'll be back hopefully sometime soon! Two thumbs up from me!

Most food trucks are your basic taco/burrito places but this one has a sandwich/barbecue menu. I had the Southwest Ruben, one of the best I've had. The wife had the grilled cheese, also well done! Both came with home made tortilla chips and queso. Sounded odd thinking they should have been offered with potato chips or fries but the tortilla chips were hot, just out of the fryer and awesome. The special was Armadillo eggs, a kind of a jalapeño popper on steroids. wrapped in sausage and bacon then smoked on site. They were spectacular!! The folks running the place are super friendly, they have the whole family there. The young daughter is a natural with handling customers. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

We do miss them being available after 5pm at their normal location, but it's worth the parking to go to the Winterpark for some good tacos and great brisket. Prices are very reasonable to for the quality of the food; they have accoutrements at the front of the truck so you can fill up on salsas/onion/jalapenos to top your tacos and plates.
