He did the surgery on my left knee. And it had to have a screw put in, also. I saw him today for my 4 week checkup, it was all smiles and laughs. Oh what a wonderful feeling to know that your x-rays show that your implant is fine! And you're healing, progressing ahead of schedule. I know this is because of prayer! He said that the I could have surgery on my right knee as soon as a couple weeks. I know God uses doctors to heal. This man is amazing! I couldn't help but tell him " I love you" before I left. So I have 3 healthcare insurances. The last 2 insurances are Medicare and Tricare for Life. I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine

I have foot drop on my right foot from a fall about 2.5 years ago. My orthotic had rubbed, and my neuropathy prevented me from realizing how bad it was. The doctors said they were going to have to amputate the foot. I wanted Dr. Feibel to look at it. Not only did he say it didn't need to be amputated , but he could help with the drop foot by lengthening the Achilles Tendon and I would walk more normally again. The wound is now completely healed, and it was down to the bones and tendons. I am now walking almost normally with no aid of a cane or other device. I am doing PT and will continue for a couple more months. Dr Feibel saved my foot. He is kind and comforting. His staff is amazing! They go above and beyond what I would have expected. I would Highly recommend Dr. Feibel with your care. He will treat you like family and take care of your foot, ankle, and leg with expertise and care that is hard to find these days. Working out at the gym, standing at work. Over the many years, the aches turned into pain, began to elect my security job. Headed south :( Dr. Zoog is who I got referred to. Funny, personable doctor. Seems to know his stuff. in 2009, after many failed attempts at different treatments and physical therapy, I was left to get surgery for planters fasciitis. Still some soreness in my feet. The surgery didn't cure all. But, I will add, Dr Zoog did mention that some people, not all, will be 100% better. Guess I'm in the minority. I still do recommend FFP to friends and family, however. Both grandma's go here. They think Dr. Zoog is fantastic.

I had been a patient at OrthoOne many years ago. I was asked or it was suggested that I see an…read moreorthopedic doctor by my pain management doctor. I called to make an appointment and was seen within a week or so. As you entered the office, you sanitize your hands and then make your way to the desk. Every one was wearing a mask and then temperatures were taken. If you have been to any medical office lately it's the standard treatment! The check in didn't take long and we were taken back to a room in about 15 minutes or so. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff and had a short interview with his nurse. Dr. Hannallah came in the room shortly after that. He had reviewed previous X-rays and spent a very reasonable amount of time with us. He was very straight forward with his thoughts and diagnosis. I have arthritis and it's continuing to get worse. He recommended strongly that I should never have surgery on my back! He also said that he wouldn't operate on my back!. My pain is degenerative and there is some disc degeneration, in the lumbar region. He asked to have an MRI done and then to return for results. I appreciated Dr. Hannallah and his honesty. I have known doctors that kind of lead you on and won't be straight forward with you. I am thankful that I was assigned to him and appreciated the answers I was given. Next up- MRI!

I don't know who double booked him but I decided it wasn't worth my time and especially my money
