The same day the judgment occurred, I had to file my own business Chapter 11 case and pay $1,800 out of pocket in filing fees in order to stop further collection action. Communication during the representation was difficult. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered. When discussing Chapter 11 fees, I was quoted different amounts ($15,000 and later $10,000). During one conversation, I was told there was no time to continue the discussion and the call ended abruptly. This experience caused significant financial and emotional hardship. I have filed a complaint with the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility and remain open to resolving this matter professionally. I strongly encourage prospective clients to carefully review all filings in their case and ensure clear communication about fees and scope of representation.

She just kept saying either I had to pay her the money they were trying to collect or there was nothing she could do. In the end, she abruptly transferred me to a Mrs.Rita, who also was unable to provide me with her title or any references to who was in charge of my case. They are unprofessional, not well-trained, and represent very questionable clients. I think their staff should seriously consider how they want to spend their energy and livelihood, and whether they should be in the business of making money for this law firm.
