Under our present Heath Care system, my insurance has changed 3 times and each time I make sure that this practice with Dr. Ed Kleiner, his PA Dean Kenny and both of his incredible medical assistants are in my new program. If they are not, I keep looking. There is almost always room to be seen on the same day for a true medical emergency. Dr. Kleiner's emergency medicine training along with his Internal Medicine knowledge gives him in my opinion a cut above your average primary care MD. They have the ability to treat many patient basic needs in the office that other doctors cannot and send to an emergency medical facility. Jim, the "office manager," denies patients from seeing their primary doctor if they don't pay their deductible in full, even after paying your co-pay and then some every visit. They also make up fees and make you come in for additional visits in order to make more money. It's truly a shame because the doctors at this practice aren't terrible, only the people below them with terrible attitudes. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and find another doctor's office. They should be closed down for the way they treat their patients of 15+ years... If you can't treat your patients with respect at the very least, you should probably find another career.
