If they are not, I keep looking. There is almost always room to be seen on the same day for a true medical emergency. Dr. Kleiner's emergency medicine training along with his Internal Medicine knowledge gives him in my opinion a cut above your average primary care MD. They have the ability to treat many patient basic needs in the office that other doctors cannot and send to an emergency medical facility. It's truly a shame because the doctors at this practice aren't terrible, only the people below them with terrible attitudes. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and find another doctor's office. They should be closed down for the way they treat their patients of 15+ years...
