Very thankful that he helped my sick baby and would recommend him to anyone!

We said this would be the last time coming here. How can you be a pediatrician and not have compassion or kindness towards a little toddler. The doctor barely checked my baby, just said "everything is fine," and sent us out. They couldn't do a simple bilirubin test and sent us to another hospital, making us go back and forth with a newborn. That alone was stressful and frustrating. Later, I only got a text saying "Normal" for the results, with no explanation. As first-time parents, we expected more care, guidance, and professionalism. Instead, the doctor was rude. I do not recommend this office.

Unfortunately, we have since moved to another state, but anyone living in Staten Island can confidently turn to Dr. Khval and her wonderful team. They are always accommodating, supportive, and highly professional. Highly recommended if you are looking for a doctor who truly cares and looks at your health from a broader, thoughtful perspective.

His English skills are very poor, so we needed better elaboration. His ego appears to be so inflated that he insulted us when we asked him to better elaborate. He was not gentle with our baby, and physically rushes out the exam room, even when there are no other patients waiting. After administering the vaccine shots to our child, he throws the needle several feet towards the trash and frequently misses, leaving it on the ground. This is not an environment we want our child to be in. We will be seeking an alternative doctor.
