My daughter's confidence to do math has definitely increased since starting tutoring with Craig. Because of her ADHD, I also feel the way the math is explained to her makes a huge difference. Sometimes she tells me when the teacher explains the math she doesn't understand it. But the way Craig explains it, it makes sense to her. I am very proud of her because she has come a long way from the F's and D's she was getting in 7th grade. I appreciate all Craig has taught her. He is an excellent tutor. read more

Craig was the reason our son began loving school again, and maintained a 4.0 gpa through High School. Our son started working with Craig in the 5th grade; and continued to work with him through Middle school. We were so fortunate to have Craig as the first teacher our son had after years of struggling at another school. With a processing learning difference, our son was terrified of taking tests, and would freeze up. Craig is a patient, kind, and encouraging teacher who enabled our son to have the confidence both inside and outside of the classroom. Our son became a different person after just a few weeks of being in Craig's classroom. He not only makes learning fun, but understands how to create a wonderful environment that allows kids to be the best student they can be. read more

Craig is the most incredible tutor. Kind, patient, and very thorough. My son is in the 7th grade and really struggled with math. After searching high and low for a tutor, a friend recommended Craig to us and we are so grateful. My son would get so frustrated with math and assumed he would never figure it out- however, Craig taught him how to understand key concepts and recognize patterns, making math not only easier for my son, but fun too. The notes he provides post session are amazing and my son reviews them before tests. Craig is the best! read more

All that and he was a pleasure to work with for us as well. Couldn't recommend Watkinson tutoring highly enough. read more

Awesome Tutor!!! Craig taught my granddaughter the math she needed to learn in a way that she was able to grasp and understand rapidly. He made it simple and enjoyable for her and now she feels confident in completing her math assignments, which is a big difference on how she felt about math before. She hated math, yet she was good at it when she applied herself. But, when she got to a certain section in 7th grade math, she lost hope in her abilities and got so behind in math and just didn't want to do it anymore. Within one session with Craig, she totally grasped the concept of her assignments and in the sessions that followed, Craig was able to help bring her get up to date with her math teaching plan/schedule. She enjoys her math tutoring sessions so much that she now shares what she's learning with me. She loves math now!!! Craig's the best!!! read more
