After calling several tree services and leaving messages that were not returned I stumbled upon Hunter's Lanscaping. Not only did they answer the phone but I had the owner come out and look at my tree within the hour. I was quoted a fair price. My tree was small in comparison to others so they were able to do the work the very next day even though they had a full schedule after the storm. They showed up exactly when they said they would, made quick work of the tree removal, cleaned everything up after the job was complete and I could not be happier. I will use them in the future to trim my Palms and I highly recommend them if you have any landscaping needs!

FIVE STARS ISN'T ENOUGH! Two weeks ago, I hired a company that had been recommended to me to expand…read moreand replace my driveway with concrete. The project was supposed to take two days from start to finish, with all permits properly pulled. I paid a large deposit, and work began. TEN days later, I was left without a driveway, a partially excavated mess, a front porch with destroyed tile, a permit that still hadn't been approved, and an incredibly stressful situation on my hands. I reached out to several companies to get quotes for finishing the job and repairing the damage. From the moment Joanna answered her phone at 7:30 a.m., I had a feeling her company was going to be the right choice. Interestingly, before meeting with Joanna, another concrete company actually "warned" me about working with her. They criticized her work and her experience. Thankfully, I didn't listen. Instead, I did my own research. I found that Core Built had literally ZERO negative reviews, while the owner of the company warning me about her had been sued by customers (public record) at least four times in just ONE county. My gut feeling and my research about Core Built proved to be right. I ultimately decided to have Core Built install a paver driveway, something I honestly didn't think I could afford. I signed the contract on Thursday night. By Friday, Joanna had successfully gotten the city to void the prior contractor's unapproved permit application and had a new permit pulled for the job. On Saturday, Joe showed up with their crew and began excavating and prepping the property. On Monday, they installed the ENTIRE 1,300-square-foot paver driveway. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and it seems like something always comes up short. I can honestly say that Joanna, Joe, and the entire team at Core Built Solutions wowed me from beginning to end. Whenever I had a question or made a last-minute request, their response was always, "We want you to be happy!" Their crew up showed up on-time each day, and worked non-stop. Happy is an understatement. My new driveway made my home look INCREDIBLE! This company turned my nightmare into a situation where I pull up to my house and actually smile because of how amazing the driveway looks. It has now been 7-days since I offiicially hired them, and I think of Joanna and Joe as "two friends who came to save the day", because that is truly what they did. If you're on the fence about hiring Core Built Solutions, I'm telling you: don't be. HIRE THEM. You won't regret it. Don't hire them, and I promise you'll wish you had. Words can't truly express how happy I am with their work. I'm already planning their next project...overhauling my backyard. I won't even consider another company.

This was of no fault of theirs and they were patient until all was ready to start. Once massive paver project started, it went super smooth from start to finish. As a contractor I understand the difficulty in managing such large projects not to mention, I myself am quite picky so the fact that they got it done so smoothly was not only appreciated but impressive. Nothing goes 100% to plan when retrofitting and adding to an existing home and these guys were on top of every detail along the way while assuring me that all will be up to my standard by the end of the project. - It was.
