I attempted to order heating oil via Leighow's online portal. I heard nothing for several days, so…read moreI called to inquire when oil would be delivered. The new receptionist, Paula, was not very helpful and she lacked appropriate customer service skills. Paula recently replaced the original receptionist who retired after decades of service. Paula was unable to tell me the day when oil would be delivered to my house so that I would be able to make arrangements with my employer to be home for the delivery. She explained that I could just leave cash or a check at my house for the driver to pick up whenever he was going to make it there in the next 2 weeks or so. This just seemed unreasonable to me. I would think there would be some way to know when, approximately, the oil delivery would occur. There were a few other issues which I discussed with Paula, but she continued to be difficult and borderline rude. As a result, I will never order my heating oil from this company again. I will also hire another HVAC contractor to install ductless units into my house this spring. Leighow Oil Company should fire their new receptionist!

Honestly, I'd absolutely use these guys again, If I buy a new home that needs gutters.
