They were quick to send someone out who removed the blown tire and put our spare on for us. It was about 10 minutes before closing time, but we were able to go to the shop for them to get us a new tire. We were so pleased with them, we actually bought 4 new tires as the others were the same age. Four guys, replacing 4 tires, and all completed by about 5:30 and not a single frown or complaint. She (Stephanie) was extremely rude and condescending once pointed out what what was wrong. Even telling me what I saw with my own eyes wasnt true. She was also rude and condescending to other customers while I was in the store. I told the lady on the phone I wouldn't speak with her and if thats what they want to do then a lawyer would get involved. Not 5 min later the rude manager called and left a very condesending message for me. He went above and beyond and got me a better tire for a discounted price due to the scheduling issue. For 4 tires and an alignment I was in and out in about an hour. Great service and great prices. Unlike so many other tire shops this one was clean, had a seating area, an area where you could work on your laptop, and a children's play area.
