Then the ranger came out and told us we had to keep a fast pace after giving us a time frame. Although we were a little behind he accused us of parking directly on the green and made us skip 2-3 holes. Didn't get my moneys worth and the course/cart path sucked almost to the point it was dangerous to drive on. The greens had dandelions growing from them. Im not a professional player and don't expect something amazing, but atleast have respect for your customers. I'd almost like to call to get a refund for me and my group. I get it's cheaper to play, but if you go to silver lake they have a 9 hole course with nice staff, well maintained course, and friendly staff.

So much so that we already booked for next year's party a year in advance! The staff provided excellent service, the food was delicious and they helped tailor our menu to gluten free and other dietary restrictions, and it was decorated perfectly for the holidays! The setup gives options to a formal set up and also access to the bar area for a more causal vibe. Palos Country club provides everything you are looking for!

Look how it's poorly maintained, and same exact hole we were accused of parking the green on.

GOLF simulation? Watch sports? And eat good food? Fore we go! A great place to do all three. Food…read moreis good. We got a trio appetizer dish w/ cheese sticks(packed with cheese), fried pickles and buffalo egg rolls(packed with flavor). I know I might get some kick back on this but the smoked wings tossed in maple bourbon sauce....had me feeling like I was at output(haha). The wings were good and fell apart off the bone as we picked them up off the dish. Pulled pork was good. And the steak bowl was packed with steak and flavorful, salsa was definitely on point. I couldn't see going anywhere else in the area for a bowl. Drinks were drinks. We kept it basic as it would for a dive bar vibe. Service was attentive and the servers watched your drinks as they walked by..... if you were quarter a way they'd approach to see if you need another round. TVs everywhere. If you love to golf they have about 7 golf simulator stations kinda tucked away but still in the mix. Golf was $40 an hour at the time of this review. I'd say this is definitely a neighborhood bar with great food. The only real complaint I have is we ordered tequila, soda water and lime. And when I got my bill they charged me for soda water. This was a first. Although not a big deal for me. Still a great time.

We've given this place multiple chances because the wings used to be decent, but every visit has…read moreleft us with the same impression: the customer service is consistently cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. The final straw was a recent visit when a policy was apparently enforced requiring customers to purchase two separate 6-piece wing orders if they wanted to split sauces. A 6-piece order is $10, while a 12-piece is $12.99, so instead of simply charging for an extra sauce, customers are expected to pay nearly double just to have two flavors. That makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary cash grab. When my friend politely questioned the policy--especially since we've been repeat customers and have split sauces on our wings many times before--the manager became defensive rather than trying to explain the change. She was told to come back on Monday to speak with "Jim." As she was leaving, my friend commented that the interaction felt rude and suggested the manager work on her customer service and body language, as the entire conversation came across as dismissive. The manager then responded by saying, "Just don't come back, bitch." Whether you agree with a customer's question or not, speaking to a paying customer that way is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Based on our experiences, the food is no longer worth putting up with the service. If you're looking for a restaurant where customers are treated with respect, I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere. Especially if you're BLACK, considering whenever you walk into the restaurant/bar you are stared at as if there is shit on your shirt and you do not belong.

Several tee boxes were completely torn up and the water drainage is not good. There is a project to re-do bunkers going on and the new ones are in excellent shape while the old is effectively ground under repair. Every hole has ball washers and towels though they're clearly for the back tees because there is so much separation in tee boxes. Some cart paths are rough but it's not a broad issue. The staff are decently nice but the starter/ranger (doing double duty) knocks the rating down. The beverage cart seemed to end early as it wasn't seen after the front nine for a 2pm tee time. Pace should be managed better as there were multiple backups of 10+ min sitting and doing nothing. Clubhouse has a pretty good selection of food and prices are reasonable. $7 for a deli sandwich, $5 PB&J, etc. Carts don't have GPS but does have a card with 6 pin positions for every hole that is very informative. I hope the carts are upgraded to eliminate tears and cigarette burns in the seats at some point. The course is visually appealing and presents a good challenge. It's a good value at $62 for a weekend afternoon but could be improved in some aspects. It's worth playing.

Lessons are not "one size fits all". - Tim understands that every golfer has different "feels" and inconsistencies. Just because something works for Adam Scott does not mean it will work for me. 2. Tim explains the fundamentals in a way you are able repeat a swing and make on course adjustments to save a round. -Tim has an amazing ability to focus on the fundamentals of his core swing training but also give individual "feels" and "movements" which has helped me be able to make on course adjustments to save a score/ round. 3. Tim truly cares about your progress/ improvement. - This may be the most important aspect of this review. Tim truly cares about your progress/ improvement unlike a lot of instructors who are there to just "punch the clock". I highly recommend Tim and Golf in Motion!

Now after a year I shot my first 99 and continue to improve. If you are serious about changing your game get to Tim ASAP. Tim is far from your usual pro. He won't just watch you and change a few things. Your swing will be taken down to the basics and built up from there. He will give you drills to do at home. If you follow through the sky is the limit. I hope to see my first round in the 80s this year. Could not be happier with my experiences.
