I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

It's good thing I haven't taken my elderly mother and recommend this place to other family members, friends, work and community Just waiting for my recent panoramic x-rays to be sent to me. There are plenty of new dentist facility. The plus to my short experience was dentist " had good bedside manner" and dental hygenist but prefer someone more experience. And didn't offer any monthly treatment plan and I think the only office which doesn't offer in office payment plans ( as many do with extensive dental treatment) not talking about 3rd parties like care credit. I would recommend anyone needing treatment going elsewhere again too many dentists every area in state.

I still commute two hours to visit them for Dr Marcantonis and they didn't tell me that my appointment was at risk of being cancelled so i drove 2 hours this morning and arrived about to pull into their office and they called to say they couldn't get me a hygienist. When i mentioned i don't feel like a valued patient or that they valued my time and i would be leaving the practice the woman on the phone didn't care and i mentioned that is what she needs to mention to dr Marcantonis.

After asking her to stop and get the actual dentist, he came in and whisked me out the door with a referral to a specialist. Well, I've started treatment with the specialist and it turns out that their readings, while not good, were not nearly as bad as what this hygienist indicated. And yeah, my mouth hurt after her "examination" for maybe 3-4 days. After a deep cleaning at the specialist office, I was sore for maybe 2 days maximum. Dr. Voss did not charge me for the visit, only the xrays she (finally) got with some panoramic type imaging system.

I had a cleaning done by excellent hygienist. She was apologetic for having to work so hard on my teeth but honestly no one had done such a thorough job before. I had my prior X-rays sent over and they were able to upload it without issue. Dr Paola was nice and professional. I was able to qualify for their smile program for free teeth whitening. Came back to get trays custom fit and overall had excellent experience. Billing just as I expected. Will definitely return here again.

I have NEVER written a review about a dentist's office before, but I was so impressed with Sabina…read more(the dental hygenist) and Dr. Iskender that I wanted to share my experience. The office is clean, beautiful, and comfortable.The big screen TVs in every room are a nice distraction. OK- now let's get to the nitty gritty. After reviewing my medical history, Sabina got started on my xrays and cleaning. She noticed that the corners of my mouth were chapped and sore. She gently applied vaseline so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. Wow! I was impressed as I didn't even expect her to notice. Sabina began cleaning my teeth and used a combination of a water pic and dental tools to make the plaque and tartar removal as easy as possible. When my gums started to bleed, Sabina gently applied medicinal grade mouthwash to stop the bleeding. It didn't even hurt. She then polished and flossed my teeth and gave me a couple of pointers to keep my teeth healthy and my bleeding gums at bay. Then, it was time to meet Dr. Iskender. He was just as gracious and very thorough in his exam. Not only did he check my teeth, but he also carefully checked my lips, gums, and cheeks for any signs of an abnormality. I suppose all dentists are supposed to do this as part of their exam, however, I have never had a dental team be so thorough with my check up. Honestly, go to one of the 20 other dentists in the immediate area....unless you enjoy dealing w/ dishonest people. its so exhausting this day and age, people will do w/e they can to make money off of you. needless to say...friendly staff...unethical biz practice

Both the assistant and dentist had good bedside manner although they both asked what I did for a living which I guess is an easy starter question but it did seem strange. The dentist was not with me for long and then the assistant did fluoride (upcharge from insurance). They gave me a brush and toothpaste. They also gave a gift for closing their office - cup and bag. I did inquire about whitening services but they were not covered by insurance and were expensive so I passed.
