Called them out for my mom who had been having outrageously high water bills. Pasco County water couldn't provide any help other than to say replace the irrigation timer, so we called JDI and they did just that. They not only were on time and very efficient in switching out the old timer with a new one, but also checked all of the zones, sprinkler heads and provided us with a report stating everything they checked and that they found everything working in good and proper working order. Still my go to sprinkler repair company…read more Thank God for Yelp reviews, because when I thought I had another sprinkler problem I was able to look back to see who I used in the past. This time there was a circle of dead grass on our front lawn that I noticed and then never did anything about. Being that we have both a lawn mowing service and a chemical treatment lawn service, there shouldn't be any dead areas. After ignoring our chemical treatment lawn company's advice to check our sprinklers for a couple of months, I finally remembered to check our sprinklers. I watched as one of our sprinklers sprayed directly into a bush, never reaching that brown patch of grass. Whoops. I called Aqua Pro and it is still Margaret doing the scheduling. Amazing as always, she apologetically said there wasn't an opening until next week. I wasn't upset, I'd put off doing this for a couple of months. She actually called back later and had an opening a couple days later! Sure, I'll take it! Margaret told me the technician would come between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. I had a meeting that day until 9 a.m., (ugh early morning meetings) so the timing worked. The day of, Joe called at 8:15 a.m. that he was on his way. He was early! It didn't matter, because he was able to get started without me coming out. In the end, he made two of our shrub risers taller, moved one rotor out of the bushes and changed another rotor. It took two hours and came out to $234.31. Joe was really efficient. He actually did all the work without telling me what he was going to do, so if you are the type that wants to double check everything you'll want to tell him upfront, but for this amount of money, I was fine with him just going ahead and doing everything. Now I know all our sprinklers work. I will definitely continue to use Aqua Pro.

I then contacted Gulfshore Irrigation, who charged me almost $8,000 to redo my entire Sprinkler System, which I agreed to. It took them 2 1/2 days to get it all done, only to discover that there were a few minor problems. Some sprinkler heads were too close to the sidewalk to put cement rings around, so I called them, & the next day they did send out Dillion to fix those sprinkler heads. Although I think they should have done it right the 1st time, at least they did come back to correct their mistakes, so yes I would highly recommend them for that reason.
