A tank is stationed outside your home. The water is piped in fresh from Palomar Mountain from a driver who uses a sterile hose and fills your tank directly from his truck. You can rent their water dispenser or purchase your own brand new from a manufacturer named Clover, which is easily available online. Instantly, hot water and cold water are available 24/7. Your usage is measured using weights and measures and a receipt with those figures is left for your records along with the price for that water usage. It couldn't be easier or better. I wish we could pipe it into our entire house!
