Sarah is a wonderful person, and she's so good at what she does. She's more in tune with her body than just about anyone I know, and that carries over into her work. I came to her in a lot of pain after a back injury (I work in construction, and put a lot of wear and tear on my body), and over the last year, I've been seeing her at least once a month. I am a personal trainer by trade, so my needs are very specific and require acute skill. I've worked with several massage professional and Sarah was really memorable. Her attitude was engaging and her skill in isolating my sore spots was impressive. She seemed to really grasp instructions and was not afraid to lean into her work. I had a craniosacral massage therapy with Sarah. We started by having a conversation about what brought me to her. Right away, I felt comfortable opening up to her.
