The best thing about Leslie's is their knowledgeable and helpful staff. One person, Jeremy, really stands out. I brought in a broken pool cleaner. It was newish and not bought there. He went out of his way to call the company that manufacturers this cleaner. Thanks to him I was able to get a motor for free. In my experience not many people go out of their way like that.
