Usually, everything is either our fault or the repair team before them who came out (even if they were the ones who did the repair)! Alex came out, knew his stuff and had us running ASAP!!!! Left tools and previous parts in various places around the bathroom after leaving. The definition of leaving a job undone. Leaving the site better than they found it is not what these guys do.
