This was my first time here, and I wanted to support a local business instead of going to a chain…read more Unfortunately, I left disappointed. Breakfast for two came out to over $50, which was far more than I expected for a donut shop. The food tasted fine, but the sandwich portions were smaller than I expected for the price, and nothing about the meal justified such a high bill. I understand prices have gone up, and I'm willing to pay more for exceptional food, but I just didn't feel like I received good value for what I spent. I really wanted this place to become one of my regular breakfast spots, but after this experience, I don't see myself coming back. I'd rather go to Winchell's, where I feel I get better value for my money.

Date: April 1, 2021…read more Our company provides breakfast and lunch for the employees every quarter during our quarterly inventory count. Our normal breakfast spot started opening later since the pandemic started so I was told to search for another spot that was able to provide us breakfast at 6AM. Yelped around and found that Amigo's Donuts was fairly close, had breakfast, and opened at 4AM! Called and the owner Tina picked up. She was super sweet and took my order and was very helpful and patient. We ordered out 35 Ham, Cheese & Egg sandwiches and she even gave us a 10% discount! Placed a 50% deposit to secure our meal over the phone and the rest was paid the day of. One of our directors went to pick up the meal and he said he had a great experience as well. Everything was ready to go on time and nice and hot. Unfortunately I was unable to try the sandwich as I was not apart of the crew this year but I heard great things from my coworkers!! Overall, thank you for a great experience and I hope I get to try some of your beautiful donuts soon!! I hope we will be coming back to you for our future breakfast needs!

Third time there was a huge black hair in my breakfast sandwich. Didn't go back for a long time because I was grossed out. Went back twice recently and was overcharged BOTH times. Didn't want to fuss over a few dollars the first time, but after today, I won't be back. Way too many decent donut shops around to go to an already-expensive one and then continually be overcharged. So two stars for first two experiences being fine. Here's a comprehensive breakdown of my visit today: Ordered: $2.90+$2.90+$6.25+$10=$22.05 SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY TOTAL 2 medium coffees+1 breakfast sandwich+1/2 dozen of small donuts Paid $31.30-$6.25 overcharged for an extra breakfast sandwich-.70 overcharged for coffees=$24.35 what I actually ended up being charged Overcharged by $2.30 STILL in the end After making several mistakes because apparently the girl was new and delaying me getting to work, I was still overcharged. I just don't like that. Nearly $3 for a black coffee when it costs a quarter to make and $6.25 for the most basic breakfast sandwich, which I actually hated, is expensive enough. I don't appreciate being overcharged when their prices are high enough already. That's simply not fair.
