I checked out his reviews on Yelp this morning and saw that he had no reviews at all. This is overdue. Lenny is one the the most conscientious, straight up and personable guy I know in the HVAC trade. We have almost 70 stores in our company and I deal with many different HVAC guys. Lenny always seems to find time even on busy days to help. He works long hours and is there to help out in emergencies. One case in point being that last winter a company employee of ours was out of state on business for the company. While he was gone the heat went out at his house. I was asked if I could help so I called Lenny. Lenny finished up the job he was on and went right over to the house and got things repaired. Thanks Len. I hope all you folks out there will consider Lenny when HVAC work is needed. He is a true gem of a guy.

The rude receptionist accused me of the breakage. The owner, a courteous gentleman, called and accepted responsibility ; asking that I forward the plumbing bill occasioned by his crew. By the way, one of the so called repairs also was faulty. At least I found a new plumber BE FOREWARNED.

I needed a switch replaced and a couple of bathroom cabinets and light fixtures installed. First, on the day they were supposed to come give me an estimate, they forgot about my appointment. Okay. Fine. A few days later the same guy comes to do the work. I don't really look too closely, but I say it's fine. Later, I realize there's paint peeled off the wall where he replaced the switch. And he didn't plaster over the old holes from the old light fixtures. The old hole and wire were full exposed in each bathroom. I show the owner who says he'll come over and fix it. Three times we had to reschedule. Three times. I work a full time job and then some. It's not easy for me to be at home waiting. Finally someone comes. It's not the owner. It's the same guy I complained about. How awkward. He plasters up the wall and seems ready to go. He said it was 5 minute plaster and would be dry soon. I asked if he needed the paint. The paint? Yeah, for the bathroom to paint over the plaster when it's dry. He looked at me like I had two heads. He eventually did it and hung the mirrors back up (yes, even with the wet paint). How could he not realize what was expect of him in this simple job? This company kind of just left me scratching my head. Maybe my jobs were just too small for this supposed handyman company.
