I found him to be very knowledgeable and reasonably priced but the best part is he explains everything to me so that I understand and can do what I need to do to keep my pool crystal clear. The most recent job was to replace my old salt system that had stopped working. So not only did he install one but he saw that the original installation had not been wired correctly with my pump which is why the controls part of the system had burnt out. Adam rewired it and then patiently explained what and why he had made the changes and then spent time helping me come up with a schedule for my variable pump and my salt system. I know when I first had the variable pump put in, I was not told anything so had to research and try to figure it out - what RPM and what times etc. Little did I know when I got the variable pump installed, they connected it to the same electrical circuit as my salt system. I won't bore you with the details but he saw a problem (which I didn't know I had but caused the demise of my salt system computer part) and he rewired it and then took the time to explain it all to me. My mistake was I paid him…read morein full because I had to go out of town to bury my husband then take care of my dying mother who also past away. After the resurfacing the pool continued to leak. Adam promised to fix the leak. He came out several times but never fixed the leak. I had to keep draining the pool, filling the pool, draining over and over again costing me a lot in water. I finally told him he had to hire a leak detection company. which he did. The light was never put back in and the cover to the main drain was never put back in place. I tried contacting him over and over again and he never responded. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was the holidays. The resurfacing started in June. He just completely ghosted me. Finally in January, I had to hire another company to put in a new light. The original light would not fit because his crew did not do the resurfacing correctly so the light would not go back in place. The new light cost me another $950.00. Lesson learned, never pay someone in full until the job is complete to your satisfaction. I would never recommend this company.

To be completely honest, they made a mess, painting on a windy day and splattering all over the ground. I mentioned it, they brought in a pressure washer and attempted to clean up the splatters. It did a good enough job that I didn't really care, but if you have a really nice patio you'd want to know that. Now, up close. They didn't paint the soffits. The soffits are still a lovely shade of pink, compared to my nice grey house with white trim. Apparently, they don't paint soffits. That's extra to them. I absolutely count this as a lesson learned on my part. My other two estimates specifically listed walls, trim and soffits as being covered so I made a BAD assumption. I was swayed with their promises of sealers and caulking windows, didn't notice that trim and soffits were not called out in any way shape or form. I guess I should just consider myself lucky that the trim got painted at all!! The owner says this is their standard way of painting houses (apparently some people like accent colors?) so if you're considering using them for your house please be warned. Also, please don't attempt to go 21st century and coordinate a complete job via messaging with them and a written estimate, because then they will just blame the lack of an in person walk through. But, the owner is proud of his work and what he does, so kudos to him for a good job on 90% of my house.

When then did not get approved for total cost and scope of work the insurance company did not deal with them. They put the nice words on page 1 of their contract "contract is null and void if your insurance does not approve the total cost or scope of work" but page 2 is when they try to financially exploit and ask for $5K without doing the job. As consumers you want a quality roof with certain materials and the owner blew us off and said "you will now pay me $5,000". The contract was null and void once the insurance company didn't want to pay their overprice on the roof. Read your fine print with this company they put ambiguous wording so they can get paid for doing nothing. It's a shame companies work like this. Consumer you are the one that pays your insurance money they just want to overbill the insurance and then collect fees from you on top of it. Now I can say these Florida insurance companies are horrible at best as they do not stand behind their customers. But don't let this company try and take money for work they didn't do! Read page 2 which is in such small print you need a magnifying glass to read, but they conned at 84 year old they will do the same to you!
