One company did not give me any details on the job they do. The other company seemed more concerned with filing a claim with my insurance company and not giving me an estimate until I let them know if it was going to go through my insurance. Patrick Roofing told me they do not recommend I allow any company to get involved in my claim, and everything I heard or witnessed with them is that they have high standards and high integrity. I am extremely happy with Patrick Roofing and have nothing but great things to say about them. Brian came to my house, explained everything they do in detail, and after my meeting with him I knew I had received a roofing 101 lesson. They have a great selection of shingle colors, Brian answered all my questions, and even worked with my schedule. I found them to be honest, reliable and not pushy, unlike one of the companies I dealt with. They completed the job in 2 days and did a good job cleaning up. The men were on time, diligent, and professional. This roofing company does not hire subcontractors. They have their own crew, and the crew is drug tested. I love this because they have vetted the people who are going to work on my home. I first heard of Patrick Roofing through my mom and after seeing what I great job they did with her roof, I decided to select them to replace my roof. I am so happy I did. I highly recommend Patrick Roofing without reservation.

The next day we had a written estimate. Patrick Roofing came in lower than 2 other companies we also spoke with. They pay for the wind mitigation report as well. The work took 2 days. When the roof was completed, my yard around the house was swept with a metal detector to find any errant roofing nails. Well done Patrick Roofing!

The person we spoke to at Roofclaim.com ****** informed us that we were not owners when roof was installed and that the 2 year warranty was up. ****** insisted even with the proof of photos that we sent to her that they did the job correctly, and the roofer we hired to fix issues was not being truthful with us. She was refusing to acknowledge obvious installation issues that caused us water damage. Box vents are engineered with a specific orientation to shed water. Installing them backwards is a violation of TN code 9501.1. Under Tennessee Code 9501.1 a roof is only "correctly" installed if it follows the manufactures manual. Every box vent manufacturer has a diagram showing the "high side" and the "downslope side" If the opening was facing uphill it was objectively incorrect regardless of what Roofclaim.com claims. This company failed to follow the 2018 International Residential code. We want to make sure that others are aware of this companies wrong doing and their response to us to to keep us from taking further action. Our action at this time is to inform the BBB of their incompetence and their tactics to avoid liability. The company thinks that since the 2 year warranty is over it voids them of responsibility. I feel they are not understanding that a warranty is for parts and labor, a building code is for safety and legality. Building codes are state laws that must be followed at time of construction. They choose to not fix a verified mistake. Our photos are proof that our statements are truth. It is frustrating that a company can prioritize a calendar date over the quality of their craftsmanship. We are paying for and fixing mistakes that were built into the roof from the start. We have photos of what they did, and manufactures proper method of installation. This company did business as Jasper roofing but they changed the name to Roofclaim.com Here is some useful info on their past as Jasper. Safety Record: OSHA has previously cited the company multiple times for residential fall protection violations. Legal History: The company was involved in a whistleblower settlement in 2018 regarding the termination of a safety manager who cooperated with OSHA. Business Model: They often operate by "knocking doors" after major storms to offer inspections and handle the insurance claim process directly. Additional information:The company has suggested to us that maintenance, storm damage, or prior repairs may have occurred between installation and our purchase of the home. However, if corrective work was required before our ownership, or during, that would further support the conclusion that the original installation was deficient. Properly installed roof vents do not require premature correction, nor do they reverse orientation due to maintenance or weather. The existence of prior issues would reinforce, not refute, concerns about improper installation in 2021. They are trying in anyway to direct blame away from their company.

My roof looks worst then it did before they replaced It. When the inspector came out he asked me three times if they replaced the roof or repaired it. They did a full replacement. After the replacement, two different people from RoofClaim came out to confirm there were repairs that needed to be done but refused to do the repairs until I paid them thousands of dollars. Who in there right mind would pay for a service that was not done correctly to began with. I feel bullied and scammed.

She had other damage to deal with and since I thought we were at low risk for a storm in November, I did not prioritize roof repairs like I should have. I finally realized I better do something quickly as Hurricane Nicole was predicted to impact us. A trusted friend recommended The Roof Doctor so I called them and Paul came out that afternoon. Wind impacts were forecast to arrive within 24 hours so Paul sent a crew to replace all the missing shingles early the next morning. I don't know about you but when I have needed roof repairs, I have found it difficult to find roofers willing to work on some other roofer's poor workmanship. That wasn't the case with The Roof Doctors. Lisa in the office listened to our problem, worked with Paul to put us on the top of their list and they resolved the potential for major water damage. Hurricane Nicole winds arrived within hours of the roof repairs and the roof adhesive had not had time to fully cure and we lost some shingles again. The same day I called to report that, their crew was on the roof replacing the singles and there was no charge. Nicole also blew off the chimney cap so Paul gave us a very reasonable quote and replaced it with a stainless steel cap. He came back a couple days later to replace some flashing adhesive material. He waited until he had some left over from a freshly opened can so that he did not have to charge my aunt for that costly adhesive. He called me when he completed that job and told me there would be no bill for the flashing repairs. Paul and Lisa were both compassionate and helpful problem solvers for us. They treated a senior in our community with respectful dignity and went above and beyond to keep her water tight throughout the storms. Isn't that the kind of company we all want to do business with?

I gave you address and 2 other roof quotes ( as someone else already left came out and quoted), as well as timeframes to meet you now and in the near future, That still wasn't enough. Getting a quote should be a simple process!
