Kevin "the solicitor" ask for our review prior to any work, so they can appear to be better than they are, and reel you in. BEWARE! Oh they're good at scamming insurance companies, and getting all they can, rather than being morally honest. There's a law in Florida that allows "salesman to miss represent their products" remember that next time you allow one in your home. Also he's up to date on all the loop holes to protect themselves if they mess up! Oh and they will mess up... A good company would correct any mistakes and take responsibility. Not this one .. not even for a small replacement of a soffit they screwed up literally. My husband is a combat disabled veteran! With more integrity than you will ever have. They do NOT take the responsibility although it is clearly shown to be a mistake from one of the workers. They will try to pass the blame on someone else. Don't think they'd honor any warranty they'd spiel as a gold standard. That little referral fee Kevin says you'll get. If your neighbors and friends get a contract pffft that's a lie! A simple fix! Kevin! that's nothing for your 350, a year self. Kevin lied! to the superintendent, and told him we complained about the roof. We did NOT! Kevin tells my husband "what are you going to do about it" that he's not fixing the soffit one of the workers screwed up. I have audio, video, and plenty of pictures. Why wouldn't you just be honest? and fix it. Instead of being disrespectful, and liar. Oh wait it doesn't matter once the job is done. You do the switch up, from down to earth friendly to parasite. I'll show you what I'm going to do about it, because TRUTH is on my side. Oh yes... all those customers you allegedly called assholes, probably saw right through you. WARNING! JASPER ROOFING CONTRACTORS ARE CON ARTISTS! This company needs to be put out of business, fined, jailed and made to pay back all the money they have taken from people! There are complaints from all over the country on the internet about them. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. They knocked on my door after Hurricane Irma and offered to give me a free estimate to repair my roof. The salesman had me sign the "free estimate" on his tablet. A few days later I got a check in the mail from my insurance company made out to Jasper Contractors and me. Puzzled, I contacted my insurance company and they said Jasper Contractors sent them a contract signed by me to do the work! I was in shock! I had chosen a different company to do the work after getting my "free estimate" from Jasper. After many phone calls to Jasper, they said they won't cancel the "contract" unless I pay them $2500! I refused. Then I received phone calls from the rudest and most obnoxious woman named Renee that I ever spoken to in my life. After being berated by her several times, she sent me an agreement she claims was prepared by a law office but it was obvious she had amateurishly composed it herself. She claims if I sign it promising not to write any negative reviews or file any complaints (or I will have to pay them $10,000), they will release me from the contract. However, the way she worded it, no date in it as to when they would actually release me and her refusal to put in a date, etc., I cannot safely sign it. So, as of this date, I am still being held hostage by them. We've been having heavy rainstorms almost daily and there is potentially more damage being done to my home. Now hurricane season has begun and I have no way to get my roof repaired because of them. read more

Our experience with roofclaim was nothing short of amazing. Ray, who was our initial contact from the company, was a most pleasant gentleman. From day one, he gave us the confidence to proceed with the task of getting our roof replaced without delay or red tape. He literally took care of everything for us. The entire process could not have been easier. Throughout the timeframe, We never had to call him twice, he either answered the call the first time, or he called back within 3-5 minutes. He would even stop by to answer questions or show us something. As for the install; The crew showed up at the exact time we were told(we were very surprised at that) they went to work and had finished the project, cleaned up( very well) and were on the road by 3:00 pm the same day. Absolutely amazing, to say the least. During the install, Ray stopped by several times, even though he was in the neighborhood dealing with other clients, it was still very nice to know he was still well involved with us. You don't see that too often these days, once they make the sale most salesmen will disappear. So, for that, we appreciate Ray. After the install, he continued to be in contact with us concerning residual payments due back to us. There was some software glitches which caused a slight delay in the check being sent out to us. I called Ray and he was standing in the office at the time and said to give him 5 min. He called back 5 minutes later and said it was taken care of and the check would go out the next day.(Friday) The check was in our mailbox on Monday, true to his word. I have recommended this company to many of our friends and neighbors. We are 100% satisfied with the treatment we received from Ray, and with the entire process from Roofclaim. Great job! read more

Having my roof checked out I was nervous about the inspection and even more cautious about the whole process. Izzy took the time to explain the process and was communicating at every step. Izzy did an inspection himself and also was here days later on the roof with the insurance inspector. I was impressed by this because Izzy was there to make sure the inspector didn't miss the things he saw. Roofclaim stayed in touch as well with emails and reminders. The day of the job the roofing crew was here 1 day and completed the job in entirety in one day. This was impressive, only dealing with one day of construction! The clean up was good. The roof looks tight with straight lines. Izzy was here throughout the whole process handling the insurance claim and permits.
